Easy to find clothing, half price sale, great quality, delivered swiftly.
Done probably my last shop order from them before we sadly lose our local store. Very good quality warm mitts. Done too my first online order with them in the great sale prices before they close as a business.
Staff at Glenrothes, Fife, Scotland are so helpful as ever.. Even in their current situation they still chat and smile. M&Co will be sorely missed here only decent clothing store in our town centre. So sad about all closures.
Brilliant company, hope they find a buyer. Bought from them for years. Recently bought childrens clothes in sale. Usual good quality, delivered to store free. Couldn't collect as I had Covid, rang to tell store I couldn't go in, staff in Teignmouth store told me they would keep it until I could go in. (also had to ring MandS for the same reason-they told me if I didn't collect by the date on order they would send it back) Sums up differencebetween the 2 companies.
Ordered a leather skirt after trying on in store months ago.. Bit nervous as knee they could close at any time. Arrived after 5 days. Skirt comes up very large so luckily I tried it on as refunds aren’t happening.
Online order processed within a day of receipt and sent out to local (Cleveleys) store for collection within three days. Problems with customer service online because of broken links since company passed into administration but it's still business, if not quite as usual. I'm however most impressed by lovely helpful staff at the local high street branch. Having read adverse reviews here re the online ordering service I feared the worst for 87 year old mums online order and payment - and visited the store to purchase similar items as a back up if the order didn't come through. Staff took the trouble to check the instore sales racks and put the goods on one side. Then to my delight the online order arrived at the store too. Different colours so worth keeping the lot and holding some back as a Mother's Day gift. I can't express my sadness at M&Co closing because I think it's an affordable quality clothing offer and a lot more besides. The staff are lovely and will be much missed and the loss of the store will further blight the town as it's a prime location which may prove tough to fill. M&Co breathed life into the town. I'd love to see a buyer come forward - M&Co is worth it just as Bon Marche was but with a different demographic. Don't dispose of a business which, if ran well, promoted effectively, and with sound buying nous, serves a very real need on the high street. Five stars to the staff in store locally, and I've increased my score to four for the online system because it delivered the goods efficiently for local collection within a tight time frame.
I have used M&Co for years and up to them going into administration never had any problems ever. But unfortunately with everything that is happening to them at the moment, I, like everyone else, was waiting weeks for a refund and frustratingly couldn’t get through. I eventually got through on the HR number posted on one of the other reviews and immediately got a call back from customer services, it is the same lovely staff that’s always been there wanting to help but there is only a small team, they are trying to work through all the emails and calls. I got my refund put in the bank within 3 days. What a terrible time for them I hope a buyer is found.

Great customer service. Parcel sent quickly with Evri. Tracking didn't update for several days so contacted m&co via online form. Quick response and email correspondence from customer service apologising that it looks as though Parcel has been lost. Refund was arranged without asking. This has arrived in my bank promptly without having to chase. Only improvement is to not use Evri. Thank you M&Co. Although disappointed not to have Christmas PJs I thank you for resolving the situation. A massive contrast to another company I'm currently having issues with with parcels MIA and noone taking responsibility!
I recently had a query regarding an order due to be delivered to M and Co's shop in Farnborough, Hampshire. The service I received was second to none. Having asked a question by email regarding the whereabouts of an order (and quite expecting an answer in 2-3 days), I was very pleasantly surprised to have not one, but TWO replies within 15 minutes. Considering the strain and stress that staff are currently under, I thought that was remarkable. However, it didn’t stop there. One of my replies offered to go the extra mile and provide a solution that I was truly delighted with. He ( Derek), contacted the shop where my order was due to be delivered to, asked the staff there to put a duplicate item to one side for me and then cancelled my original order and refunded all the money I had paid. That really was extraordinary customer service. Well done M and Co - and very well done Derek. Praying this company can be saved.
