I'm surprised to hear some of the negative reviews about Customer Service ("CS"); for me, they've been extremely helpful and have gone the extra mile several times (for example, to check a shoulder measurement or answer a question about "fit.") I've ordered from them three times (7 items total) and had to return one item (not the best fit for me) and had no issues at all with the return. I love their unusual designs (I get compliments every time I wear one of their pieces), the clothes are very well made and a very reasonable price point for the quality; I also love their corporate philosophy (living wage for workers, support for women's issues, low waste in production, etc.). I'm a big fan!

Their clothing is very well made utilizing substantial knits that feel great, and their customer service is outstanding. The styles are simple and elegant; they can be easily dressed up or down. Also, I've received very detailed information from Meer, their customer experience manager, about product dimensions/fit as a petite woman who was a first-time customer. It was so helpful! I'm looking forward to purchasing more from this company.

*edited- I was able to get a refund and apology. I decided to try to order again and this time the order came in a more timely manner. Paid $18 for express shipping (2-6 business days), still no confirmation of shipping 5 business days later. Emailed twice with no response. No # to call. Tried to write a review, but they apparently pick what they will post. Seems like false representation on their part. Very disappointed.

Marcella doesn't have a contact phone (wish they did) BUT Meer was so so so responsive via email and resolved all!

As always your clothing are absolutely beautiful and well made. I ordered the Malinda dress and it gorgeous, it is well made and look beautiful on. I can't wait to wear it. I recommend anyone to buy this dress I promise you won't regret it.
