Marchesa – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

The same as what everyone is saying below: you can call, you can email, you can reach out on Instagram, X, LinkedIn: THIS IS A SCAM! They will charge you and you will never get your items. You will return your items and never get your money back. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Go to an actual store instead. They are the worst, and I wouldn’t wish this experience and loss of money on my worst enemy.

Purchased 2 dress, returned 1 on March 1 and they got it on March 6. No refund has been made yet as of today April 3. No reply received from several emails sent. No reply from messages left on their voicemail. Feeling frustrated right now…,,

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I ordered 3 dresses and returned all 3 due to bad fit. Countless emails and generic responses from Marchesa…but still no refund! IT IS A SCAM! DO NOT ORDER HERE!

Due to poor fit, I returned a dress 3 days after receiving, The return shows as having been delivered March 15th. It is now March 29th and I have yet to receive a refund or any response to multiple emails and phone calls. DO NOT PURCHASE OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

This company has not only not refunded me over $1000 for two dresses with tags but won’t even respond to all my emails! They are scamming customers and I highly recommend you not purchase from Marchesa directly, EVER
