Wow wish I would have Googled the reviews before ordering. Ordered Aug 20th. Here it is today September 7th still don't have a tracking number or a update.
Do not buy from this company do not trust them they are liars they are thieves they will take your money they will promise delivery within two weeks it says in black and white they will ship nothing they generate fake tracking numbers they will not respond to your emails there is over 400 complaints with a better Business bureau in the state of Texas they say they manufacture in the US they do not everything is subbed out to China and drop shipped he works out of his house and a shed. They are nothing but a bunch of criminals that are running this company they advertise they defraud and they steal your money
Horrible business. Doesnt answer emails or phone calls..then lies to you about which glasses you can use or have. Two pair of Rx Sunglasses to the tune of $438. And they tell me the glasses I chose wont work even though they are listed under Rx Sunglasses....Demanded a refund and yet to have heard from them. BUYER BEWARE
I wish I'd read the reviews here before I ordered from them. They didn't send a confirmation email as promised, so I called the next morning to confirm that my order went through. No one answered, so I left a voicemail requesting clarification. When I didn't receive a return call, I emailed. No answer. I then requested a refund, as I'd lost all confidence in the order being completed in a timely fashion. Five days after order, they replied that it would be a 20% fee to cancel the order. This seems more like a scheme to generate money than a good faith attempt to provide value and service at a fair price. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra dollars to buy from a reputable company. I wish I did.
Ordered a pair of prescription shades and after 7 weeks a pair with 2 completely diff lenses arrived. As soon as I put them on I noticed like I was wearing 3d glasses. And from the front, one lens clearly has a chrome mirror- the other does not. After receiving approval for refund they sent an email saying only 50% because this is what was made. Wish I could upload a pic...
They do not answer their phones. They do not respond to email inquires. They are run by Zendesk, which makes them completely void of customer service. Marvel messed up my prescription and and made themselves unavailable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I compared many different online optics places for the best price. I ordered from MarvelOptics but forgot to check their reviews. I was very nervous I had just wasted $300 since so many reviews were very bad. My order took a couple weeks and the glasses are great! Zero issues. A+
Zero customer support, but I did receive my prescription safety glasses in about 5-6 weeks. If you have a problem, good luck getting ahold of someone lol. I'd use them again though
Just my experience but I've ordered 3 pairs from them. First order took a few weeks which is fine. Ended up braking those pair by sitting on them so I ordered two the second time. They arrived in same time frame a couple of weeks. Everything was correct. This was a year ago so all the complaints now I'm not sure about maybe something changed.
