I bought a lovely mauve wool/cashmere jumper in the sale for just £40. Delivery was super speedy and the quality is just great with circa 20% recycled wool. It seems MD are working hard to create a sustainable supply chain and logistics operation. I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews but have always had a positive experience with MD.

Excellent customer service from Massimo Dutti in Regent Street. I bought a coat in their store in Bruges, Belgium but the zip never really worked. It got stuck when I was out and about today so I took it straight to their store and they changed it there and then, no argument. They even offered a refund or a credit note. Really good service.

Unusually for retail companies these days, Massimo Dutti is that company (for me at least) that always delivers. I had a bit if trouble returning an order. I went to their WhatsApp CS and immediately was put through to an agent (you type "agent" and they connect you) and the matter was resolved in seconds. I find their flat delivery charges are very reasonable and delivery times very fast. During the postal strikes my order was delayed but I'm glad they supported Royal Mail. Other companies are increasing delivery rates, which will only turn customers like me away. I'm glad MD has held back doing so ... so far. The quality - especially their leather products - are really impressive for the price point. Unfortunately their Womenswear does not fit my pear shape or I would order a lot more from them. Their sales are absolutely fantastic with loads of bargains. I usually buy all my teen sons clothes from the Massimo Dutti sale and have found them to be a great fit (he's tall and skinny) and the best quality. The clothes really hold their shape so a bit more investment really is worth it. I used to buy polos and jumpers for my younger son but sadly they have stopped childrenswear. These items have also held up incredibly well to washing and wear and tear.
