My first time writing a 5 star review for a company where I actually had to return an item as it wasn't what I needed. The customer service was absolutely excellent. They even paid for DPD to come and collect the speaker from my house. I will definitely be using this company again.
Excellent company, I ordered some £300 RAM about 2 years ago and forgot to buy the fast shipping option. I messaged them on chat and they upgraded me to next day no questions asked and didn't charge me a penny. A year later my RAM developed a fault and they exchanged it for me in just 2 weeks. Their online chat is super helpful too and seems to be open late.
I was looking for a durable, good value keyboard and mouse set for a computer that I am intending to sell. I found one on eBay but there was a contradiction on the listing. QWERTZ (US) Vs QWERTY (UK). Normally I would just keep looking for an alternative however I've had dealings in the past with the seller 'MemoryC' so I decided to message them on eBay for confirmation. I am delighted that I did message them as they replied to me really quickly and apologised for the confusion. They confirmed the correct details (UK Keyboard layout) and I placed my order. The next day I had the keyboard and mouse delivered by DPD.. so super quick delivery (which I was NOT charged for as the eBay listing was 'free delivery') and of course the keyboard was the correct UK layout. Thus I am so impressed with MemoryC I decided to leave this review. Not only were they super helpful, but they delivered correct and consise information, dispatched and delivered my item next day. Updated Review: I appreciate the response and clarification. My mom didn’t notice that the email specified it being a PayPal policy. They came back in stock shortly after they responded to my review, and was able to get it at basically the same price and it arrived quickly.
I bought some high-end memory from MemoryC a while back and unfortunately, it developed a fault, however, the memory came with a lifetime warranty and I discussed with them the returns procedure (RMA). Each time I had the pleasure of dealing with a young lady called Evelina who is a customer service representative. To tie me over whilst on waiting for the RMA to conclude, I bought some alternative ram, however, the delivery company DPD's driver wasn't paying attention and was on the phone when he walked past my house and delivered it to an entirely different address, I saw all this happened on my nest doorbell. MemoryC brought this up with DPD but I'm sure it'll be no surprise when DPD turned out to be as rubbish as they've always been. They sent me the ram eventually and I returned the memory. A few weeks later and there was a no quibble replacement of the memory delivered to me by a proper delivery company. When it comes to online tech supplies, it would be pretty hard to get any better than memory C. Their pricing and their customer service are 2nd to none and in my opinion, highly recommended. Special thanks goes to Evelina for all the help.

Looked high and low for a case I wanted for my new build, everywhere was out of stock. Browsing on amazon in the alternative sellers I noticed a website called MemoryC, who had them in stock, but not locally, which meant it needed to be sent from their US warehouse to the one in Ireland. I spoke with a wonderful advisor Evelina who assured me that it would be 6-8 days transit to their office, and then next day delivery to me, and I was not disappointed. Great customer service. Had to contact them after an issue with DHL express delivery adding an import/customs charge to England, which I had to pay. Got in touch with memoryc, fast replies and refunded me the amount whilst they follow up inquiries with DHL as to why my order had an additional charge.
