Mielle – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Ich habe es mir in erster Linie bestellt, weil angeblich die Haare schneller wachsen sollen bzw. das Haarwachstum angeregt werden soll. Ich benutze das Öl 2x die Woche, weil ich meine Haare alle 2-3 Tage wasche und ich das Öl nur am Vorabend, bevor ich meine Haare wasche und in meine Kopfhaut einmassiere. Pro: meine Kopfhaut fettet weniger schnell nach. Aus alle 2-3 Tage wurde alle 4 Tage Haare waschen. Meine Kopfhaut spannt nicht mehr. Und meine Geheimratsecken sind dichter nachgewachsen. Ob es jetzt am Öl oder am massieren liegt, kann ich nicht sagen. Kontra: der sehr intensive Mintgeruch. Eine Sache der Gewöhnung aber für empfindliche Nasen wohl eher weniger was. Fazit: Ich bleibe beim Öl, weil es mehr positive als negative Aspekte gibt

I placed an order on november 27th 2023 on mielleorganics website, until today february 1st 2024, I still havent received anything and my order statur still says 'unfullfilled'. I contacted their CS more than 5 times to follow up on the order, they always update me with the same message (saying they had an issue with the delivery process due to high volume of orders but it should be fixed . allow 10 to 15 business days to get order).I was tired waiting for no reason, I reached out to them for a full refund. No solution was found until today, 2 month and 3 days after transaction. this is unacceptable. They lost me as a customer, I will never order from them again. this is the baddest e-shopping experience I have ever had in my entire life.

I placed an order on 11/27/23 and tomorrow is 1/1/24. No order, no valid reason for the delay and had the audacity to ask me to review my purchase that I still haven’t received. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Mielle has truly impressed me with their commitment to support customers. I ordered a bundle product and it was an incorrect order. They allowed me to not only keep the incorrect order but shipped the correct order with out having to pay additional costs. Their customer service mannerism was absolutely wonderful. I love their product and feel they are truly a customer-friendly business. They have my full support.
