Millers – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Am joining the dissatisfied. Parcel took 2 weeks to arrive. Tracking numbers not relevant and only 1 item not two as ordered Will not shop millers again very disappointed and cant seem to make any contact on a personal level. Beware online shoppers.

I am not happy with trying to purchase things, it's a waste of time.

Appalling returns policy, customer service can barely speak English. Paid $15 for a returns label only to be told I won’t receive it - by e mail, for 24 hours. When I’ve returned it I then have to phone them when THEY receive it, to organise a refund. Could sending back a pair of ill fitting trousers be any more complex? Will never shop with millers online again

We just had dinner at Miller’s on Baltimore Pike in Springfield. They got a new manager. Wow what a difference she’s on the ball. She’s fabulous. She’s personable.

Shopping at the Warrawong store is always a breeze with their thoughtful and accommodating staff, patiently helping my elderly mother in finding several new garments to bring home. Although the styles are unsuited to me, my mother is always impressed with her new finds, which flatter her and make her appear much younger than her years.
