Missha – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

If I were to talk about Missha products, I'd defo give 5 outta 5 points. Can't say anything bad about quality or value for money. Have been using multiple lines of the facial products and I am totally satisfied. But if I am to talk about service, generally I'd say that it is good, except sales reps are being pushy to but more expensive products. Perhaps it is related to the reward system (more they sell, more they get as a sales %), but it pushes me away as I am a conscious customer.

writing this in SEPT 2020. with all this chaos going on due to COVID and FIRE, I didn't expect for them to be very helpful lol USPS lost my packaged as my landlord had something "delivered"that same day as well but never actually received it. I dreaded contacting customer service because I was not sure if they will hear my story due to the tracking code says it was delivered, but MISSHAUS.COM replaced everything in timely manner! I am a very happy customer.

I am very happy with Missha US customer service (and, as a matter of fact, global Missha). If I have any questions or complaints, they resolve them in a timely manner and make me feel good. With all that said, I am unhappy with their s....l....o...w...processing/shipping times. Last order example: Thursday 2/14 - order placed (according to the info on their website, it should have been processed on Friday) Tuesday 2/19 order was processed Friday 2/22 arrived at USPS Regional Origin Facility JERSEY CITY NJ NETWORK DISTRIBUTION CENTER 2/27 Expected delivery This is their free VIP shipping.

I'm mad for Missha! Great promos, products, customer service, shipping. Missha is high-end K-beauty that I have recommended to any woman who gets within earshot. I am in love with the Time Revolution line, Super Aqua Snail Mucin, anti-aging treatments, serums. My skin looks phenomenal! And I will be 70 in January. I defy you to guess my age from my photo!

I'm sorry that some have had bad experiences with them. Whenever I have emailed them, they have been prompt to reply. I have had NO issues with orders being sent to me in a timely manner either. They are a wonderful company. What you all need to realize is that they are in NJ. They are the ONLY authorized reseller of the products from Korea. They are AUTHENTIC. When you get them at Amazon and other places, you never know if they're counterfeit. A LOT of counterfeit products are floating around there. Give them a chance. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them. If you won't be home and think your packages were stolen, next time, just leave a note on the door saying that they MUST have a signature from you or someone MUST be home to drop it off. Make it easier on you. Five stars from me because Missha rocks!
