Habe eine Wallbox bei The Mobility House gekauft. Leider ist diese defekt. Ich habe es dem Kundenservice gemeldet und musste daraufhin den Elektriker einbestellen, sodass dieser Checks durchführt einen Fragebogen ausfüllt. Habe ich gemacht. Danach sollte ich ein Rücksendeetikett von Hersteller erhalten um eine Rückerstattung zu bekommen. Dieses kam aber nie. Ich habe mich wieder gemeldet und wurde ignoriert. Habe mich wieder gemeldet und bekam wieder die Info, dass ich Etikett vom Hersteller bekommen soll. Jedoch könnte ich ja in der Zwischenzeit eine funktionierende Wallbox kaufen. Ja, im Verkauf sind sie schnell und bemüht. Der Hersteller ist mir egal! The Mobility House hat mir das Ding verkauft und das Geld kassiert -und nun zieht man sich hier aus der Affaire. Ich bin Kunde von The Mobility House und finde es wirklich unverschämt wie man hier mit zahlenden Kunden umgeht! Meine Empfehlung - bestellt lieber bei einem anderen Shop. Habe diese Bewertung auch bei Google eingestellt, um Anderen zu helfen nicht den selben Fehler zu machen und dort zu bestellen.
Sehr schlechter Service. THG Quotenabwicklung ist eine Katastrophe!. Von der versprochenen Summe ist nichts mehr übrig. Dauer über Monate. Habe von den anderen Fahrzeugen bei einem anderen Anbieter die THG Quote beantragt (7 Tage später als hier) und habe die versprochene Summe schon lange erhalten. Es wird viel versprochen und leider sehr wenig eingehalten. Es war ein Versuch mit schlechten Erfahrungen. Service ist so gut wie nicht erreichbar. Wenn jemand erreichbar ist dann folgen nur Ausreden und nicht Wissen sehr schade
Habe hier eine gefühlte Ewigkeit auf die Auszahlung der THG- Quote gewartet. Sehr schlechter Kontakt, und immer wieder wurde man hin gehalten! Suche mir für das nächste mal auf jeden Fall einen anderen Anbieter!
Wenn man Kontakt zum Kundenservice wegen Stornierung oder Reklamation aufnimmt, wird kein Telefon abgenommen, nur Anrufbeantworter. Einen Rückruf gibt es nicht. Wenn man überhaupt jemanden erreichen will, dann geht es nur, in dem man die Verkaufhotline anwählt. Da wird gesagt, dass man von mir nichts schriftliches hat. Dabei hatte ich den Kauf 4x schriftlich storniert, aber es regt sich nichts.
Service war top. Beratung zur Wallbox, die für mich und meine Situation am besten passt. Bestellung aufgegeben und kurz danach Produkt bekommen. Sehr kompetentes Team! :-)
Service ist katastrophal, würde nie wieder mit dem Unternehmen zusammenarbeiten.
Habe mir am 14.01.2021 eine damals innogy eBox professional im MB-Design gekauft. Nach ewig langer Lieferzeit und von Anfang an machte diese Box nur Probleme. Mit dem alten innogy Leuchtkonzept bis Software 1.3.20 der eBox hat diese ständig die LED´s an (RFID-LED-Autorisierungs LED leuchtet ständig weiss und Fahrzeug LED blinkt ständig grün). Dieses Fehlerbild hatte ich Mitte 2021 nach Inbetriebnahme an innogy-Service wie auch The Mobility Service mehrfach angemahnt und Tickets eröffnen lassen. Doch geholfen hat mir hier keiner und die Störung wurde nie behoben. Das kann ich durch mehrere Störungs-Tickets nachweisen!! Dann Ende 2021 wurde innogy von compleo übernommen und der Service wurde noch schlechter!! Dann wurde eine weitere Software 1.3.36 von compleo (Mai 2022) freigegeben und nach diesem Update wurde auch noch das Leuchtkonzept seitens compleo angepasst! Dazu kann man ja stehen wie man will - Problem bei meiner eBox ist nur das sporadisch nach dem Update auch noch der Ladevorgang abgebrochen wird und das kann ja wohl nicht sein!! Zusätzlich wurde wie bereits erwähnt das Leuchtkonzept der eBox prof. geändert ( RFID-Autorisierungs LED leuchtet weiterhin weiss + die Fahrzeug LED leuchtet jetzt auch weiss und blinkt nun nicht mehr grün) Viel nerviger ist dass beide LED´s im Ruhezustand überhaupt nicht mehr ausgehen und meine Garage ständig "beleuchten". Daraufhin habe ich mich erneut an The Mobility House gewandt und ein neues Service Ticket erstellt. Hier wurde auch zuerst mit mir Kontakt aufgenommen - ein Gewährleistungsformular habe ich ausgefüllt und per Mail zurück gesendet. Dies war am 23.05.2022. Dann ist wieder nichts passiert und auf meine Nachfrage am 03.06.2022 wurde ich weiter vertröstet. Ich habe noch mehrfach Mails zuletzt am 21.06.2022 an den Service der Mobility House geschrieben mit der Bitte mir nun endlich zu helfen und die eBox zu tauschen! Stand heute am 01.07.2022 ist immer noch nichts passiert bzw. wurde mit mir auch kein weiterer Kontakt aufgenommen und ein Vorschlag zur Lösung des Problems mitgeteilt. Ich denke man versucht hier seitens der The Mobility House das Problem so lange auszusitzen um über den Zeitpunkt der 2-jährigen Gewährleistungsfrist zu gelangen um mir dann zu unterbreiten dass die Gewährleistung für diese eBox (ab 14.01.2023) nun abgelaufen ist und ich keine Ansprüche mehr stellen kann!! Was für ein Geschäftsverhalten ist das bitteschön??? Geht man so mit einem Kunden um??? Ich erwarte nur eine funktionierende eBox prof. die unproblematisch mein Fahrzeug lädt und zu handeln ist!! Ist denn das zu viel verlangt für so ein hochpreisiges Produkt??? Ich erwarte jetzt endlich dass mir jemand hilft und dieses Problem endgültig löst!!
Telefonische Beratung war top. Ich wurde auch zurück gerufen und Informationen wurden nachgereicht. Lieferung binnen einer Woche.
Der Service ist leider mangelhaft.. Versand hat gut geklappt, aber bei Retoure und Erstattung war der Service leider extrem schlecht
Købet forløb rigtig fint. Afsendelsen skete et par dage senere end lovet, men det gjorde ikke noget i det store billede. Pudsigt nok skulle jeg skrive til supporten for at få track & trace fra UPS. Varerne ankom uden problemer og var som forventet. Af forskellige grunde blev jeg undtagelsesvis nødt til at benytte mig af fortrydelsesretten. Kort efter modtagelsen henvendte jeg mig til supporten med henblik på at returnere de uåbnede varer. Det var de tilsyneladende ikke gearet til at håndtere: Returfragten var for egen regning og på egen risiko (hvilket egentlig er fair nok, om end i strid med, hvad de lover), og først mere end 3 uger efter pakkens returnering, en masse emails på tysk og engelsk og et enkelt telefonopkald lykkedes det af få de ca 8.000 DKK retur på mit Visa-kort. Alt i alt er jeg stadig glad for webshoppen. De virker som gode mennesker, og de er nok bare ikke så mange til at drive virksomheden. Men jeg var lidt bekymret, da jeg måtte ringe, fordi jeg efter 3 forsøg på mail ikke fik bekræftelse på, at pakken var kommet retur. Jeg ville godt handle hos Mobility House igen en anden gang.
