Pretty good. Delivery was super fast, product was a bit difficult to put together cause holes were marked in the wrong places so had to measure it out myself but managed to put it together perfectly. Would be useful if draw rollers were already screwed onto wood frames but otherwise was very happy with the product and looks great in our lounge.
We have purchased a number of Mocka products over the years and been nothing but happy. We have the cot, change table, a king single bed, kids table and chairs, and more recently we have purchased the Matilda stroller that was on sale. I placed the order at about 4am on Monday morning, and it has been delivered to me this morning (Wednesday) at 8am. I received my shipping notification 5 hours after I placed the order. The stroller is great and I can’t wait to use it, we purchased it as a smaller alternative to our Mountain Buggy for when we are just in town or travelling. Thanks for the excellent service!
So far Ive had a unpleasant yet positive experience with Mocka... I ordered the “Jess Draw changing table” comes with 4 seperate items. I did not read the reviews other than the ones on their website which others suggest the shipping company Mocka ships through “Castle Parcels” have an overwhelming number of bad/horrible reviews - Mocka needs to up their 3rd party on the shipping because I have huge gut feeling that it’s the shipping company they are going through that gives them a bad name, it definitely made me spectacle whether or not I should make an order, it would be nice if they went through a familiar company like NZ POST they are more reliable, but thankfully shipping came through and fast, I ordered on Friday and received the following Friday (7 days) but like I’d mention I ordered 4 separate pieces and strangely Id only been delivered and signed for 2 of my items “Jess Draw set” where as the other 2 items “changing tray & changing mat” we’re not on board which I thought wasn’t right but shrugged it off, later in the evening how ever (6:30pm) I received a knock at the door and there is the other half of my parcel it was not dropped of by post people I’m guess they’d dropped the other half of my parcel off at the wrong address and the kind stranger who received it dropped it off to me, also I’d ready the the tracking and the signature that signed for it was the post person themselves which read “signed by - FRONT DOOR” which is horrible to read that they sign it themselves, so yeah MOCK YALL NEED TO CHANGE YOUR MAILING SERVICE!!! I’m definitely not gonna buy from them again untill I see they change their shipping company..... also the changing table I bought was not worth money it’s looks super and luxurious but it’s quit flimsy and cheap quality easy to crack, break and sliders on draws I have strong feeling will not last, also weight is very limited I would not exceed no more than 3kgs for each draw or the bottoms will fall through, it looks pretty but it’s not worth the money

We bought a Sonata single bed for our daughter, and a Nava 6-Drawer for our master bedroom. Sonata was easy to assemble and the headboard makes for a great hold-bar for kids who like to jump. Can also hold my partner's weight easily laying down, but slats start to fall out when he jumps too (75kg) so it can stand a bit of oomph before giving out! Nava drawers were easy to assemble (Well, easier than the kids play kitchen) and instructions were clear and easy to navigate. The push to open/close magnets worked great for the most part, except for one faulty one. Contacted Mocka and they promptly sent a replacement part with no questions asked. Assembled myself (4'9") within 4 hours. Bed took under 30 minutes to assemble. Drawers however can hold a maximum of 5 shirts. The drawers wouldn't suit someone who has a lot of clothes, or would better suit children!
Brought 2 Darcy Bed single Grey for my kids, absolutely in love with them, no hassles putting them together, the bedroom looks amazing I am now buying a queen size bed for our bedroom. Great product. A++
