$110 custom shirt is a Giant rip off w no returns. Cheap fabric and it cones from China a month late. No returns. When there are no google reviews on this company this should raise a red flag for everyone to stay away
Had a good experience several years ago, so ordered some shirts again and the long wait started. After claiming I got a response there was delay due to covid restrictions. And then I heard nothing for anather month.
Had a jacket from them, am surprised at these negative reviews, but then again trust pilot lets anyone review any product so its not worth the time really, but I would say that Modern Tailor actually do a decent job...don't take much notice of this site,
ModernTailor doesn’t stand by its product. Good luck if you have a sizing, shipping, or quality issue. They’ll give you the runaround for about 2 months then stop communicating with you altogether. My new suit was stuffed in a Small FedEx package, torn apart by Chinese customs, then taped back together in a ball of cloth. Suit was damaged by shipping, the color/material wasn’t consistent with online description, sizing/fit had issues, and thoroughly disappointed with low quality material. ModernTailor made no effort to correct any of these issues. Not one. Their customer service makes commitments to correct with no follow through. Poor quality material + poor fit + poor customer service = DON’T BUY!
Sent a different fabric than ordered with collar so off cebter it was not usable. After many questions by email they went dark. Comically bad.
I called for a quote to replace a zipper on a short skirt (no lining) I was told $18 over the phone. When I got to the store I was told $25. I have been a customer of theirs for a long time ( before they changed their name from Cho’s tailor. Won’t be going back, they are too dishonest.

I provided detailed body measurements as well as several photos. Before production, modern tailor reached out to me for additional measurements and for additional photos. I gladly complied. Although the shirt I received fit me well in the chest and waist, the arm sleeves were comically loose relative to the slim fit style of the torso. I felt like a I was wearing an outfit shirt for a Renaissance Fair. I kindly reached out to them, they requested me to measure the shirt multiple times and provide photos. I supplied everything they asked for and more. After long breaks between communication and following up with them whenever they seemed to drop communication, they offered to send me a trial shirt if I paid for shipping AND committed to purchase another shirt at full price + shipping. They asked me to commit to an additional shirt when I was not yet satisfied with how they determined the sleeve width based on my chest and shoulder measurements. I had to push back and they decided to send another trial shirt where I just pay for shipping. Due to the thin nature of their fabric, I ultimately decided to just give up on them move onto another online tailor.
