Great service,fast delivery, aftersales as good. Bought the 8tev roam for my teenage son. Wow for the price I think it's possibly the best out there from what we could see anyway. Pulls up hill with my quite heavy teen and it's at 20mph still !!!! Tops out at 33mph and it's s o much better than otther scooters we have had at £700+. Looks quite cool rides a dream due too big tires and quality build. It's a but heavy but that is the only drawback It came fast and we where over moon with the product. Had a very minor issue and bryony (soz 4 spelling) has sorted it out fast. Totally great customer experience we will use these again 100%. Communicated before sale asking questions and we answered pretty fast and was really happy so made the purchase and glad we did !!!!!!

Bought a refurbished scooter from moose for my son for Xmas, arrived on time and was bang on! It had just come out of warranty and had some problems, Moose were awesome at arrangements to collect the scooter and repair it. I dealt with a woman named Bryony, and she was lovely and super helpful!
