What is Mopar Cash Back?
Though Mopar already offers highly discounted products, it’s always good to have additional cost-saving opportunities, right? That’s what you can get with Mopar cashback – a system of returning a certain percentage from your purchases at Mopar to your wallet. Yes, that’s real money – not some Mopar cashback bonus that you can only spend for subsequent purchases in this store, but hard cash that you can use for any other purposes.
How Does Mopar Cashback Works?
Mopar cashback: sounds simple enough, but how simple is it? The definition of cashback states that it’s literally a cash rebate, but where does this money come from? It comes from promotional deals between third-party sites and Mopar. These promos are paid in the form of cash to the cashback site and then transferred to you. These cashback sites feature clickable links that direct traffic to the main Mopar website, which in turn rewards the site. Want more Mopar cashback deals? We'll explain some Mopar rebate deals and offers next.
On top of cashback, you're also eligible for some Mopar cashback bonus offers. This can come from purchasing with Mopar cashback credit cards, which offer cashback when using them to make purchases. There are rebate Mopar offers that you can redeem to receive extra cash and extra promos and bonuses as well.
To put it in the simplest way, by using a third-party site for Mopar shopping, you collect a percentage of your cash back. We got the best Mopar cashback sites coming up next.
How to Get Cashback from Mopar?
Just like the Mopar promise, it's easy! We've broken the process down into four simple steps:

- Look for the Mopar portal and start shopping
- Check out
- Sit back and relax while your cash comes to you
How to Use Mopar Cashback?
Using the cashback Mopar rewarded to you is also very easy. There is one thing, though – it needs time to be processed and cashed out. First of all, it's good to check that your preferred method of withdrawal is offered at the cashback site you choose. All those that we provided offer all major payment methods.
After this is done, your purchase will need to be approved by Mopar, which can take between 10 and 30 days. After approval, the cash is transferred to the cashback site you used and then sent to you within 24-48 hours. Most of the time, it is required to have a minimum amount before you can withdraw your earnings.
With so many ways to earn extra cash and bonuses just from shopping at your favorite stores, shopping gets much more attractive. Have fun shopping around and enjoy the rebates flooding back to your account!
Mopar Cash Back Calculator
The cashback calculator is available in some cashback services (for example, SecretDiscounter) on the page of each store and allows you to quickly calculate the amount of cash back that will be returned after a purchase. However, to calculate the cashback, the calculator uses the maximum store rate, and if the store has several rates for different categories of goods, the calculator takes into account the largest one.

Item sent was not even close to what I ordered, mispackaged! They would not allow an exchange for the item I ordered. Stated that because I opened the package it was not returnable. The package was not transparent, I had to open it to see it was wrong! This company is a scam!

My Jeep had a Mopar battery inserted in my vehicle on 02/6/2021. On 03/10/2023, the battery failed, requiring replacement. The battery has printed on it "36-month free replacement." I went back to the dealer to have the part replaced, only to be advised that it would not be free. Upon hearing this, I contacted Mopar and was advised by customer service that the dead battery in my jeep would be reimbursed and that I just needed to submit a copy of my mechanics' receipt. Upon reviewing this information, I went to my local dealer and had the battery replaced. I submitted the paperwork to Mopar for reimbursement. After several weeks and not hearing anything, I contacted Mopar and was advised that the battery was only warranted for two years. I informed the representative that the battery stated "36-month free replacement" on it, and they refused to comment. I asked to be put in contact with a manager for further information and was denied. Mopar is falsely advertising this product and is not promising what is printed on the battery.

They offer 3 tires and the 4th is $1. I selected the tires at one price and when got to the cart it was a higher price. They inflated prices. They came out they same. Research your local tire companies. the prices are so inflated that you wind up with the same or lesser prices to buy 4 from a local dealer. They aren't but should be ashamed.

Very poor customer service, no telephone contact numbers available. Parts took almost 2 months to ship. 1 months to respond to an email. Real scam artists.

I am the holder of a Mopar Vehicle Protection Lifetime Maximum Care warranty that covers a 2012 Dodge Durango. It went into effect 3/22/2012. I paid a lot of money for it. On February 27, I brought the Durango to Fort Collins (Colorado) Dodge with the engine making a strange sound. Diagnosis showed it was caused by a failing lifter. The proper repair is to replace the camshaft and all lifters. These are explicitly covered; in the policy, "Cylinder Block and all Internal Parts" applies. The engine is not worn out and does not need to be replaced. It does not consume any more oil than it did when brand new. I am a "car guy" and have always been meticulous about maintenance, using only the best motor oil (Mobil 1 Synthetic). It took more than a month (!) to get a response from Mopar Vehicle Protection. On March 28th, I was informed that the warranty was being "bought out" for the present value of the Durango - according to them, $8000. It would be worth more if Fort Collins Dodge had replaced my damaged center console as they had offered to do, and I had authorized, during a past service visit. Their failure to replace it then is negatively affecting the Durango's value now. It is otherwise in excellent condition. I got a quote for replacing the camshaft and lifters from Fort Collins Dodge: $6400. That's a high price; entire rebuilt engines - "long blocks" - with a 5 year, unlimited mileage warranty, cost $3999 from Fraser Engines. Yet even without disputing the low estimate of my Durango's value or the high estimate to repair it, Mopar Vehicle Protection is obligated to cover the repair. You see, Mopar Vehicle Protection is trying to use this clause to get out of the contract: "The maximum benefit amount ... will be THE TOTAL COST OF THE REPAIRS PER VISIT ... OR THE CASH VALUE OF THE VEHICLE, WHICHEVER IS LESS". The problem for them is, the total cost of the repairs doesn't exceed the value of the vehicle, even using their numbers.

After 12 days and no update on part i sent nasty email only to see a shipping label created that day. Now have to wait another 7 days for part. Wil NEVER shop moparts again and I suggest you heed my warnings and keep looking.

Zeer trieste klantenservice.

We ordered $2k in parts on the official MOPAR.com website. 2 of the parts we paid for were not in stock so we had to purchase somewhere else. One of the larger parts was missing from the package. We emailed them but the person who responded the email said they personally put it in the package. But strangely it never arrived. This person would not give us a phone number to talk to anyone. Told us we should contact UPS, which obviously told us we needed to have the sender contact them. Now the MOPAR representative (Manuel Bermudez) won’t even reply or give us a phone number we could call to try to sort this out. What kind of business is this? why is it so sketchy? Why not provide a phone number? Why no replies? On another hand; why do all parts say MADE IN CHINA? Save yourselves a headache and purchase parts from somewhere else. This company is super SKETCHY.

Do not use the Mopar store uk. I ordered a spare wheel and subsequently cancelled the order because they didn’t ship it on the day they said they would. They then charged my credit card and shipped the cancelled order. It has taken 2 months to get them to take the order back and re credit my money. Their customer service dept is rubbish, they do not help you and they do not ring you back. I had to threaten legal action to get anyone to listen and you are calling Italy every time you ring.

Very happy with my experience with Mopar.com I had ordered some parts online and someone contacted me via email and asked some questions about my order and they saved me some money. The parts I ordered individually came in a kit I had no idea about and was cheaper than ordering them separately. Thank you.
