We spent over $300 to get a replica of our deceased cat. We sent over 30 photos, and the approved product and what we received are absolutely nothing alike. The quality is horrendous. Cheap cheap fur and these hideous button eyes that looks similar to TY brand plushies. There is no refund and if you want adjustments it’s $75 plus shipping. Not worth it for this hideous, possessed looking cat plush. I absolutely hate it and I hope no one ever has to go through this experience.
Takes 3 months to get an ugly plush cheap looking plush toy of your cute puppy. They have no policy in place in case you don't like their very costly version of your pet. You're out the money. Mine was so hideous it could win an Ugly Dog Plush Toy Contest.
I am so impressed with the quality of my Petsie! They did my pup justice! I love how personalized the products are and their customer service is honestly great. Super hands on and I loved how I got email updates every step of the way. It is a very customized product so it does take a little longer to get but hands down worth the wait!!
I ordered an Alaskan Husky plushie for my son since his dog is already 14 and won't be here much longer. What I got resembled more of a Corgi...at the very least, they should understand relative proportions of dogs, surely? Huskies never have corgi length legs! Whilst everyone else thinks my super expensive purchase is hilarious, I am really sad that my child won't have a keepsake that resembles his childhood friend in any way in years to come.
What a disappointment! The plushie cost $200.00 and they charged 80.00 dollars....about 40% of the total cost for a "sneak peak". I paid it (unfortunately). They give you only 72 hours to get back with them when they email you. I was able to view their work, but it is hard to tell from a few pics. They did get the pattern right, and her ears, so I agreed to the delivery. When I received the product, I was disappointed. The ears and the color pattern are the only thing that looks like my dog. They made her WAY too long (she is a dachsund/chihuahua mix, but she isn't as long as a regular dachsund) and her face is a little scrunched up. My dog was black and white and what I received was a white dog with the tips of the hairs painted black. You can clearly see the white right through the black "paint" they put on. The preview pictures did not disclose this fact. Finally, they didn't put any cute details on the dog at all. Like, the paws, they could have stitched in some "nails" or maybe airbrushed the black freckles on her white legs. But no, nothing even romotely "crafty" about it. Of course after I order I found out that these plushies are made in China, of course, where the factory workers couldn't give one F*** about anything and it seems it's the same at the Boyton Beach facility as well. I sent about 20 pictures so they could really get an idea of how my little baby looked. Butt they don't give one F***. Save your money and do not order unless you want disappointment.
Mine was a shihtzu for my mother with dementia and while they did a good job with the body, the face and head was a mess. The hair was perfect on the body, but the face looked like it had been combed out or something and it was totally frizzy. The photo was taken right after she was groomed, so the wavy hair on her body was exactly the same on her face. Not sure when they mailed it out who approved that. When I emailed support, their response was too bad, we will send you a comb. Send a comb? what kind of reply is that? It was over 300 dollars and I would not suggest anyone else use this service. I may try a different one
I ordered on 11/25/22 and it’s now almost the end of February 2023. I would not recommend them at all. I haven’t even received the custom order I placed. And I have no idea when I will see my order. The date I was told when I placed my order was that it would ship by latest middle of January. Anytime I communicate with their team they take sometime days to get back to you and you don’t get full updates or answers. I regret placing my order as it was a very expensive Xmas gift that is very delayed.
Words can't explain how incredible this company is. Their customer service and design team are not only talented as heck, but also lovely humans. They even wrote me several times to make sure they got the details right for my dog and he turned out AMAZING. Literally scared the tar out of my husband when he came home after work one day. I got my cat made as a petsie when she was 13 years old. I knew I may not have much time left with her, as she was older and had some health issues. I’m so grateful I got it when I did. Now that my kitty has passed on, it helps me (and my son) to snuggle with her petsie at night when we are missing her most.
I received mypetsies stuffed dog, they went beyond my expectations. I am very happy with the results of my new, beautiful, very realistic ,stuffed version of my late baby Carley. It freaks me out at times of how much it resembles her. My cats actually get freaked out by the stuffed animal. They believe it is their sister. I would definitely recommend mypetsies to anyone who would like to have a realistic, sentimental version of their pet. I love this.❤🐾
