TickTalk – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

The watch and been really great to have. Being able to contact my child and track her has really helped my anxiety when allowing my child to take the school bus to school. Horror stories of kids being left at the wrong stops forced me to find a solution to this potential problem. But it’s also been great to have to contact my child directly when they are with the other parent or other caregivers. The battery life is decent. We get about 2days of use before a charge is needed and it doesn’t come with a bunch of games to drain the batteries or if you are worried about screen time you don’t need to be with this.

So far (less than a week) we have two watches for our kids. This is our second purchase of this type of smart watch. The TickTalk has more than enough features: secure calling texting, GPS, kid friendly, music, pedometer, camera, ect. For us, the security, GPS, and the reception are most important. Potential Cons: price point is higher, monthy service only (no discounted year subscription offered), also you must buy warranty to get wear and tear replacement/ fixed such as watch band, screen, water damage. It would be nice if this was included in original packaging at least in the first year as this is a product for kids.

We researched a bunch of different kids watches. This was the only watch that had everything we wanted. I'm able to call, text, video call even and she's able to do the same. This watch even has voice to text capabilities so you don't just have the preset texts which is amazing. I did get the prepaid T-Mobile sim with the purchase, but decided to just add it to your T-Mobile account as another line instead. So far I feel like the watch is well worth it. My kid loves the I heart music feature and we bought Bluetooth headphones that she can listen and make phone calls on. The music feature seems to cut out a lot and visit extremely clear, but hey this is just an extra feature,but definitely one reason she wanted this one. We did have an issue with the GPS showing her several miles away from where we were, watch in my hand. I don't know why it showed her being somewhere we had never taken the watch, as we had just said it up a couple of hours before. I tried to update the GPS and did the live tracking feature and it still said she was in that spot, but after I rebooted it, it finally updated the GPS to the correct location. That is a major concern to me because that is one of the main reasons I bought this watch, so that I could know where she is at all times. If the GPS is off by several miles, that's a problem. An exact location off by just a few blocks is expected, but not that far off. We just set the watch up yesterday, so hopefully it won't do that again and we will have better luck with the GPS for the future. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase as long as the GPS works correctly and I'm considering getting more for my other children.

We weren’t ready to give him a phone yet but wanted a safe way for him to connect with family. It’s nice to check on him while he’s outside-or when he’s moved further from the house then he’s supposed to. The GPS is fairly accurate… very close to actual location. The texting has been great and he loves face calling his sisters. The step tracking is a bonus—he’s been excited everyday to tell me he beat his previous day goal. If you want to connect with your child without all the distractions of games, social media, adds, etc. then this watch is perfect for you!

Quick shipping and love the upfront discount. Also love that there is no contract! The watch is perfect for keeping up with young kids. The watch is easy to setup and the app is so easy to use. I also like that the tutorials online are videos which are easier to understand. All of the features work as promised :)

My son’s love their TickTalk watches and they are so easy to use! I have peace of mind sending them to play at a friend’s house or bike to school because of their watches. I’ve had to talk to TickTalk customer service twice because my son’s damaged their watches (which is VERY hard to do I must add) and customer service is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I’m so glad we gave them our business!

My 10 year old has had the watch for a little less than a year now and so far still working great and she loves it. we can effectively communicate via text or calls. The app is an amazing safety tool, everything goes through the adult in charge first. the quality of calls is just like any cell phone and the GPS locator also accurate. Customer service has been prompt and helpful every time. Thank you i will continue to promote the company with friends and family because i truly do love and feel my child is safe using the device.

I've been using the tickTalk watch for 3years now because I needed a way to keep in touch with my child at anytime while he plays in the neighborhood, this device has been a lifesaver. It's a phone that's worn as a watch. Simple and reliable and not a distraction, he simply wears it and we keep in touch. The battery lasts all day. The company backs up their product with a responsive service desk who are helpful and address any questions.

The watch is solid and sturdy which is great for my energetic boy. Every time I had an issue the customer service was here to help. The app is easy to use and the location is always accurate. I highly recommend it!

We’ve ordered 2 TickTalk 4 watches for our sons (8 and 6), and they’ve been pretty easy for them to use to message or call us if needed and have been a mostly good purchase. The only real issue we’ve run into is with one of the watches the hinge where the band attaches to the case, it has broken twice, this last time after only 5 months. The watches are not generally worn unless we’re out of the house and not used during play. The original watch has several years of use without issue. What’s offset the issue with the second watch is the great customer support we’ve experienced, most recently with Tiffiny Adams who quickly responded to our message with the offer to replace the watch. Great customer service is definitely keeping us with the company.
