Wish I had checked reviews..these sneakers are the worst. Inside no cushion just bad workmanship. Hr after removing feet still hurt. Hot and gross. Don't buy Grey Suede Sneaker!

Ordered shoes for a trip paid expedited shipping the order didnt come and when I called they said they would have to cancel it because the sold the all ready paid for shoes to someone else. I was shocked it has to be sone of the worst management of a stock and shipping department I've ever seen.

I was very excited to try the Merira Graphene Honeycomb Vaginal Tightening & Body Shaping Briefs and decided to purchase a pack of 8. Unfortunately, the quality of the product was terrible. I ordered a medium size and received 3 different sizes. The items were not marked with sizes. Furthermore, 2 of the items had a black dot like item in the v-mesh inside the briefs as advertised but the other 6 did not. This poor review is being provided because the company was only willing to provide me with a 40% discount on a product I will not use or to ship them back to China at my own expense for a full refund. Ideally, they should have made this right and either shipped me a quality product or pay for my shipping as well as provide a full refund. They also advised against shipping them back because of a risk of them getting lost in route. They also claimed in an email sent to me they are one of the best-selling-products and while I don't doubt they have high sales; the customer service is terrible. I strongly discourage against purchasing this item from this company.

This company is fraudulent and will steal your money. When you ask for a refund they will krrp making excuses. DO MOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Real issue here! Ordered the boots on January 6, got the email shipping confirmation on January 9 where the tracking link says “Awaiting carrier pick-up”. 12 days later today the tracking link says the same thing! My card has been charged from the order date for the boots and the $8 shipping fee! No boots! I’m calling the company during regular work hours ( mid morning today Friday) and every extension says “we are currently closed”! No way to reach anyone at the company. Will be making a credit card dispute to reverse charges.

You can literally read any of these negative reviews and it's the same story. Ordered, no communication, no product, it's been weeks. I found the same item at Walmart for 50% less. I think this might be a scam on so many levels. I'm almost 100% sure the on-website reviews are all fake. Even in the pictures the woman aren't wearing the items they are reviewing... I knew better than to trust Facebook advertisers. I was weak in that moment and bought into it- now I'm fighting the charges and have nothing to show for anything. Isn't funny the only GOOD reviews are on their website?

I have worn Naturalizer for years — basic, boring, old lady looking, inexpensive work shoes. The new lines they carry are fashionista worthy, while still offering a broad range of sizes and comfy footbeds. I recently purchased a retro loafer with a chunky sole that updates the look and gives a cushioned ride. I also purchased sporty wedge sandals with good arch support and a cute pair of lug soled ankle boots. I liked them all so well, I was disappointed that additional colors were no longer available in my size. Their brightly colored platform sandals were sold out before I had a chance. Grab 'em while they're hot.

I bought a pair of bronze or Gold Naturalizer sandals mid 2016, whilst on holiday in Dubai (they came in three colours) and they are still going strong. I am trying to locate the same style but can’t, so assume they stopped making it (heartbroken about that one). Or they only sell certainly styles in certain countries, I don’t know. A huge shame as they are the softest most comfortable sandals I have ever purchased. They have endured some very rough treatment, been places a sandal really shouldn’t go, salt water (forgot reef shoes on holiday in Hawaii, so donned my sandals while snorkelling on the reef), hot water (wore them in a few hotel showers more times than I can count, to protect against unfriendly bacteria!!!). Now, with this kind of man handling you would expect the straps to be coming away from the sole, well not these shoes. Have wear on the sole near the heel and ball of my foot, not surprising given the heavy use over the last seven years (they are my only pair of sandals). My ‘Jesus sandals’ as my daughter liked to call them (she borrowed them for a year). The colour has held fast on the upper part of the sandal, the four straps extending from each side of the sandal top have no loose stitching and the velcro that fastens the strap around my heel is still holding fast, even the pattern etched on the instep is still there. If I could find them online I would definitely purchase again.

Their shoes are comfortable and more affordable than I thought. Packaged so well too.

they always have great customer service and their collection (especially their shoes) are always super comfortable and trendy.
