I interacted with 2 members of NewAir's customer service, Laurellee and Hilary, between 5/12/23 and 5/17/23 while looking to purchase an inexpensive replacement cooling pad for my Frigidaire EC300W-FA Evaporative Cooler. I'm not even sure that model of evaporative cooler is still available because it was listed as out of stock at every site I checked. I looked online extensively for a couple of weeks for the needed part without results. However, I found that NewAir did carry it. Though it is only a $6.00 part, they treated me w/courtesy, care and professionalism - as though I was ordering a high dollar item. My evaporative cooler replacement cooling pad is due to arrive in 2-3 days. Thank you NewAir.
