I had a problem with software and they went out of there way to contact me by email and phone to correct it. I have always been loyal to Nintendo and will continue to be a happy customer!

Supris par l'ensemble des commentaires précédents. J'ai formulé une demande réparation sur le site de Nintendo, quelques jours après j'ai reçu mon bon de retour Chronopost. Très rassurant de pouvoir suivre la réparation sur le site. Envoyé rapidement par Chronopost une fois réparé , juste la boîte de la console était un peu abîmée mais la console fonctionne parfaitement à présent. Je recommande !

Envoie d’une switch encore sous garantie au SAV pour une panne d’alimentation, réparation gratuite et changement des joycons gratuit également, au vu des avis je pensais que j’allais payer pour les réparations mais au final, non, je suis agréablement satisfait du SAV. J’ai attendu au total 20 jours entre l’envoi de ma switch et le retour chez moi. Merci Nintendo

Allora premetto che io adoro la Nintendo in se, sia per la sua estetica e sia per la sua comodità sviluppata negli anni MA…. Sempre per un parere personale, posso capire che forse l’azienda in se non può uscire da un suo concept o idealismo del marchio Nintendo, ma molti giochi (sempre per mia opinione) sono un po’ poco alla mano ecco… ovviamente sarebbe banale per me mettere a confronto ps5 è Nintendo Switch, sono console totalmente differenti che offrono un bisogno differente, ma per i giochi invece non credo che sia banale. Sarebbe bellissimo poter adattare delle scelte di gioco che sulla PS sono presenti. Ad esempio: the Last of us, uncharted, Horizon. Io capisco che possono essere esclusive PS ma quella tipologia di gioco, quelle grafiche sarebbero stupende da vedere su Nintendo! Potrebbero avvicinare anche i consumatori più scettici verso un modello di console considerata poco. Io ho sempre ritenuto la Nintendo all’altezza delle aspettative, alla pari della PlayStation. Ma fin quando i giochi rimangono limitati sulla Nintendo saremo sempre punto e a capo. Infatti sono sicurissima che il 25 luglio quando uscirà Hogworz sarà uno dei giochi più giocati (su Switch), ma ripeto, per me è come se si corresse verso una sorta di stereotipò del gioco, quello che si avvicina più ad un ambiente umano e quasi simile alla realtà. Ma poi anche per i giochi gratis, posso capire per chi non ha l’abbonamento, ma almeno per chi c’è la ci dovrebbe essere una sezione speciale con una lista di giochi in più gratis. Avere in maniera sporadica un gioco al mese (forse anche di più ) tempo limitato massimo 1-2 settimane è inutile. (Sempre secondo me). Sarebbe bello se si potesse avere del tempo limitato per il gioco di tipo 1 mese, e avere una lista dove è possibile scegliere i giochi disponibili sotto l’iscrizione all’abbonamento. Insomma sarebbe più immersivo far si che ci sia più scelta di gioco per le varie tipologie di giocatori….

If you like Tetris, then Nintendo online is the way to go. Playing online with a ranking system is very engaging. I never tried Tetris Effect in VR on PS4 but playing it on my OLED has been very enjoyable thus far. The rumble element makes every game very intense and extra fulfilling when you win.

Goed dat Nintendo ook hier in NL vertegenwoordigd is als internationaal bedrijf en je met problemen hier snel terecht kunt op locatie in Nieuwegein. Gastvrij en snelle inloop op 4e verdieping geheel in Nintendo stijl.

L'assistenza Nintendo mi ha restituito la Switch. Devo dire, sperando di non gufarmela,che in base alle prove che ho fatto fino ad adesso, pare proprio che il problema sia stato risolto. Da quello che ho capito si trattava dei joy-con che non tenevano la carica e che quindi sono stati sostituiti con una coppia di Joy-con nuovi. Vado per deduzione, perché in allegato con la console mi è arrivato un foglio che non spiegava esattamente in cosa consistesse il danno. Comunque essendo i seriali dei joy-con differenti da quelli che avevo in precedenza mi sembra ci sia poco spazio per ulteriori interpretazioni. Sono incredibilmente sorpreso dalla velocità con cui il centro assistenza abbia operato: praticamente meno di una settimana. Quello che gli ho spedito mi è stato riconsegnato in perfette condizioni, compresa la scatola originale del prodotto. Se posso permettermi un appunto, uno soltanto, secondo me il servizio call center della Trade spa (cioè l'azienda che si occupa delle effettive riparazioni qui in Italia) andrebbe migliorato, nel senso che quando ho avuto a che fare con gli operatori che rispondevano al telefono questi mi sono sembrati sempre molto poco preparati (oltre che poco educati) , non solo nel fornire reale supporto ma anche nella gestione vera e propria del cliente, che definire lacunosa è davvero un eufemismo.

The bad: Nintendo is the only gaming company who will not give you a refund if you play a digital game that was purchased on their site for less than 2 hours. Epic games, PlayStation, Valve and even the greedy people at Microsoft & Electronic Arts will give you your money back for any digital purchases that for played for less than 2 hours.

Primero me gustaría que solisitaran a roblox un permiso para tener su juego en Nintendo switch.Porque algun@s personas tienen una Nintendo switch y quisieran jugar roblox allí, he escuchado comentarios así y me gustaría que el roblox esté en la Nintendo eshop. Bn gracias por escuchar

Ik had mijn Switch Lite opgestuurd voor reparatie (joycon was stuk). Nintendo stuurt je een mail met verzendlabel (die je wel zelf moet betalen!), dit kostte €6,75. Een paar dagen later kreeg ik een mailtje dat ze hem hadden ontvangen. Na een week niks gehoord te hebben heb ik zelf weer een mailtje gestuurd. Reactie was redelijk snel. Ze zeiden dat ze op dit moment een doorlooptijd hadden van 2 weken dus dat ze binnenkort zouden beginnen. 2 dagen later had ik ineens een mailtje van PostNL dat er een pakket naar mij onderweg was, wat de Switch bleek te zijn. Mijn joycon is gerepareerd en (tot nu toe) heb ik niks hoeven te betalen, behalve de verzendkosten, als het goed is omdat joycon drift onder de garantie valt. De communicatie had wel beter gekund, maar verder een goede ervaring gehad.
