What is Ocado Cash Back?
Though Ocado already offers highly discounted products, it’s always good to have additional cost-saving opportunities, right? That’s what you can get with Ocado cashback – a system of returning a certain percentage from your purchases at Ocado to your wallet. Yes, that’s real money – not some Ocado cashback bonus that you can only spend for subsequent purchases in this store, but hard cash that you can use for any other purposes.
How does Ocado Cashback Works?
Ocado cashback: sounds simple enough, but how simple is it? The definition of cashback states that it’s literally a cash rebate, but where does this money come from? It comes from promotional deals between third-party sites and Ocado. These promos are paid in the form of cash to the cashback site and then transferred to you. These cashback sites feature clickable links that direct traffic to the main Ocado website, which in turn rewards the site. Want more Ocado cashback deals? We'll explain some Ocado rebate deals and offers next.
On top of cashback, you're also eligible for some Ocado cashback bonus offers. This can come from purchasing with Ocado cashback credit cards, which offer cashback when using them to make purchases. There are rebate Ocado offers that you can redeem to receive extra cash and extra promos and bonuses as well.
To put it in the simplest way, by using a third-party site for Ocado shopping, you collect a percentage of your cash back. We got the best Ocado cashback sites coming up next.

How to use Ocado Cashback?
Using the cashback Ocado rewarded to you is also very easy. There is one thing, though – it needs time to be processed and cashed out. First of all, it's good to check that your preferred method of withdrawal is offered at the cashback site you choose. All those that we provided offer all major payment methods.
After this is done, your purchase will need to be approved by Ocado, which can take between 10 and 30 days. After approval, the cash is transferred to the cashback site you used and then sent to you within 24-48 hours. Most of the time, it is required to have a minimum amount before you can withdraw your earnings.
With so many ways to earn extra cash and bonuses just from shopping at your favorite stores, shopping gets much more attractive. Have fun shopping around and enjoy the rebates flooding back to your account!
Ocado Cash Back Calculator
The cashback calculator is available in some cashback services (for example, SecretDiscounter) on the page of each store and allows you to quickly calculate the amount of cash back that will be returned after a purchase. However, to calculate the cashback, the calculator uses the maximum store rate, and if the store has several rates for different categories of goods, the calculator takes into account the largest one.

I can only speak about my experiences with Ocado and i have to say over the years i have tried ALL the supermarkets and Ocado out shine them all.Hardly ever no missing items replacements or damage , delivery always on time and helpful pleasent staff .Easy web site great refund service and good sell by dates. This is my only home delivery now for my large monthly shop which includes cat and dog foods all laudrey and groceries ect .I still go to Waitrose for weekly bits but sadly as that shop is going down hill fast Ocado will soon be supermarket home delivery of choice .5 stars all the way. Thank you for putting customers first before GDP .

Been Using Ocado For Some Years Now And I Find Them To Be The Best.....Drivers Are Happy And Helpful...Never Had Items Missing That I Paid For And I Never Have to Worry If My Delivery Will Turn Up...Ocado Have Been 100% All The Way..Really Happy With Them

I have lots of praise for Ocado and started to use them towards the end of lockdown when another major supermarket let me down. Ocado sell a good range, including some less-well-known but high quality brands, but it is especially convenient that they offer Marks and Spencers food products. I have their mini meals delivered to my very elderly mother. I had occasion to contact customer services last year a couple of times and found them extremely helpful, prepared to spend time discussing issues and implementing refunds without any quibble. This was mainly by email. One of these occasions concerned feedback over their wines, some of which come with a cork rather than a screwtop. Again, these were for my elderly mother who cannot manage a corkscrew. She had to wait for my visits to open those particular non-screwtop bottles. I am not sure if the proposed changes to the website have been implemented (I have not checked), but the idea was that all wines should be individually marked with a note as to whether they are cork or screwtop, to let customers know in advance what they were buying. On that occasion, I was phoned by a customer service representative to discuss the subject. It's, of course, always a bit inconvenient if the delivery arrives with missing items – which it sometimes does, but I've checked the maths on the invoice and it has been correct – even when there are missing items from an offer such as a meal deal: the available products are reduced in price pro rata to match the offer price. This company sometimes makes substitutions if the ordered products are not in stock. There does not seem to be a choice in this at the point of ordering. However, if any of these substituted items are unwanted, they can be handed back to the driver for a refund. To my knowledge they are the only supermarket that delivers everything in bags (separate bags for frozen food, too), which makes it convenient for carrying everything through from the front door to the kitchen. These are charged for and can be handed back to the driver there and then or on their next visit for a refund. I have also been able to book delivery slots at fairly short notice and drivers have mostly turned up within the allocated time window. All in all, a fantastic service!

Generally happy with Ocado, they tend to arrive on time 80% to 90% of the time. If something is missing they generally honour the refund. Would be better if they messaged rather than called on the mobile though.

Just about everything works well with Ocado, from a user-friendly ordering system, reliable deliveries and an appealing balance between quality and value with the range of products they stock. If they let you order an item, its very unlikely to be “unavailable” at the time of delivery, (unlike most of the store-based home delivery operations). We.ve found the deliveries to be very reliable time-wise, and the drivers are almost unfailingly cheerful and obliging. They also have some very inexpensive delivery slots, which is a boon to pensioners like us. Overall I find Ocado’s service is way ahead of the competition.

My supermarket for the past 10+ years. Their product range is incomparable. You cannot find their range in any other conventional supermarket and I cannot live anymore without them. They have spoiled me :P

I’ve given you 5 stars but there are a few things I’d like you to change to avoid losing customers. 1. You price check against Tesco’s but not against M&S who can be cheaper in store than Ocado (That really upsets us) 2. Preauthorising payment cards has to stop, you need to trust us more. 3. This penchant for referring to terms and conditions has to stop. You are worse than Ryanair. Give us the benefit of the doubt, Updated after Ocado’s reply I was fully aware of everything you said. That’s my whole point, Tescos is a separate company and you price match against them. By selling, even one item, at a higher price than M&S you alienate customers. You’re clearly losing customers by this practice of preauthorisation of payment cards. Please don’t be so defensive, these are meant as constructive criticisms.

Have shopped with Ocado now since the pandemic. Always friendly drivers, always on time and mostly all items are in stock. Good range of products. (One slight issue with a payment being declined and me not noticing until almost a month later, but no notification email ever sent which seems like a poor process).

New to all this writting reviews! Always happy with my Ocado deliveries and yummy food!! - keep it up

I use Ocado as and when needed because I do try to use my favourite shops inc. M and S because it takes me out of the house which people of a similar age to myself would understand the need to keep that going. However if I am not well or the weather is bad my first thought is Ocado. Website easy to use / have never had any problems with content of my deliveries inc. good sell by dates on perishables/ I can get my M and S favourites/ they provide bag’s which I love as I can unpack at leisure/ so many free delivery spots/good range of brands etc etc. and finally pleasant helpful delivery staff. Zoe, todays driver, could see I struggling so offered to take the bags through to kitchen but I knew I could manage as long she put the them in the hall but how kind, how thoughtful. I know that I can rely on Ocado for the future !!!!
