This company sends out faulty products and doesn’t keep its warranty promise! I bought a Odd Ball for my husband after seeing an Instagram ad. They sent me a faulty product and to this date haven't sent a replacement despite warranty applying. For over two months now I keep on getting promises that the replacement will be sent out shortly, yet all deadlines passed without the replacement having been shipped. I haven't received a refund either which I asked for multiple times instead. Similar to what other customers are reporting, I constantly need to chase customer service and they answer only here and then but not every email. I posted about my experience on their Instagram channel and they deleted my comment warning other customers! This is extremely unprofessional, hiding their real customer’s experience from others. Almost €100 wasted, it's a shame and a very frustrating experience! I don't recommend leaving your money with them.
Terrible. Bought 3 balls. One never worked. Customer support is useless and stopped answering me. The other balls are slow - the delay makes them unusable
I bought the oddball in December as a Christmas present, despite the website stating it was out of stock until January. I anticipated the delay, but when I saw the item advertised as back in stock with next day delivery before receiving mine, I became frustrated. After reaching out via social media and email, I got no response. Oddly, my ball arrived the next day without any acknowledgment. A week later, I received an email implying the delay wasn’t their fault, but given the fact that I didn’t get an email to tell me it has been dispatched like I was told I would, and it turned up the day after I complained, it raised doubts. I think that if it weren’t for me chasing, I may still be waiting for my ball. The lack of customer service disappointed me, especially considering the item's cost. Now, with concerns about its performance since reading other reviews, I hope the oddball lives up to expectations. I suppose the good points are that I did get my order, the ball has worked for a brief play so far, and I did eventually receive some form of communication.
So disappointed. A gift that didn’t work, 2 months later despite lots of chases, messages and assurances I’d get tracking details the next day - now no reply, no update, no replacement.

Es ist eine Masche, wenn sie erstmal euer Geld haben wird euch ein unterirdischer Support angeboten (wenn ihr denn überhaupt jemanden erreicht) Super unseriös: fragt nach der Mobilnummer. Man kann natürlich versuchen juristisch vorzugehen aber das macht kaum ein Anwalt für so eine "Lappalie". Dass wissen die und nutzen es aus.
