Osprey Packs – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

My Girlfriend has an old Osprey Velocity 13 I think it is and it’s still intact and comfortable. I decided to get an Osprey for myself too for Holidays when we are all day out and for biking. After a long research I decided on the Syncro 20 and there was one on sale and ordered it on the weekend. On tuesday came the bad news…no longer available but got a code for 20 percent discount for a new Rucksack. I ordered again the Syncro 20 in Primavera Yellow with the 2L Hydration pack on Tuesday and got it on Wednesday the next day. Issi was very helpful and I am very thankful for making up for the cancellation with a 20 percent off voucher. Excellent customer service and care. Thank you Issi and the rest of the team

Bernice in the customer service team made my experience great because she communicated very promptly, in a friendly and professional manner. In her first email she outlined what she would do and when she would come back to me and she did exactly that, resolving my issue. She followed this up with a confirmation email. I hope the company value her highly and I am pleased and impressed.

Fantastic customer service. Bought a duffel bag which was too large and needed returning. Swift, efficient response from Bernice in the Customer Care department, who arranged return. Only reason that the bag was returned was due to size, extremely good quality product but smaller size now ordered. First Osprey product bought and very impressed with the service.

Exceptional customer after sales care. I have had my Daylite rucksack for a number of years and needed a new strap.
