Overstock – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I’ve been a customer of Overstock for several years. I don’t understand all these negative reviews. I’ve ordered from overstock many times. I got a small table and chairs and some chairs were wobbly so they sent me a new set and I had to return the original…understandable. That was like four years ago. Three years ago I got a great deal on Adirondack chairs. No problems. Two years ago I got four beautiful stools for our island. No issues and a great deal. I also got ab amazing deal on a king bed. No problems. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I came here to leave a review for Overstock after my recent positive experience with them and I'm shocked to see all the negative reviews! I'm kinda glad I didn't see those reviews before I made my purchase with Overstock. I ordered a dining table and it was delivered to me with the tabletop broken in half (probably the fault of the shipping company). I contacted Overstock right away and after several emails back and forth with the Oversize department, they shipped me a new identical table. That's excellent customer service for me (or maybe I was just lucky :) )

In the past they were my number One retailer when I bought Persian rugs, and home decorations as well as bedding and even clothes. I highly recommend it but I am not sure now that Walmart and Target took over how their business is going as the competition must be high.

Fantastic deals! Fantastic delivery service! Fantastic furniture! This was a bargain and the quality and style and customer service and support was excellent. The furniture was from Belleze and the reseller was One Big Outlet - and everyone was great about the products and customer support. They had a helpful credit card service that provided a great deal for financing as well. Definitely a vendor I will look to purchasing through for future furniture needs.

Well so far everything's great. We got the product a day early we got the right product and it is an artificial tree and even though we haven't opened it yet to its fullness it looks like it's going to be a pretty full little tree like what we wanted. I'm not going to say anything bad about them right now. Going to see how the tree shapes up.

I don't want to take away from all the negative sentiments in the reviews of Overstock, but my experience with ordering from there was absolutely stellar. For context, I bought a $1500 rug and had it shipped from the U.S. to Europe. I will explain why I was completely blown away by the experience: (1) Huge, and I mean enormous, selection, all in stock. I was sure this was some trick, like some redefining of what 'in stock' actually means, this is fairly common in e-commerce, but at least for the item I picked, it was obviously true, as they shipped it within one day or two. (2) Great price. I can't speak for every item they sell, but for the rug I selected, it was significantly cheaper on Overstock than everywhere else (exactly same item, same brand, etc.), and by a large margin, like 10-15%. (3) They ship internationally. Most stuff I order from the U.S. I have to have shipped to a freight forwarding service, which then sends it on to me, at an additional cost in time and money. Overstock ships directly to my country, and even handles the import tax, which saves me the service charge (and waiting time) if the local toll office would have handled it. This is all handled by FedEx Cross Border, which I guess deserves some of the credit. (4) Related to the previous point: The international shipping was *fast*. Something like five days from the order to my doorstep. I have never had anything shipped this fast from the U.S. before, even direct orders usually take at least 10 to 14 days. At the same time it was very reasonably priced - I would have paid more to move this rug (huge 3x4 meters rug, weighing 25 kilos) from one address to another within my own country! Again, credit to FedEx Cross Border, I guess. All in all, I cannot overstate how satisfied I was with this experience. I was fully expecting something to happen it all just seemed too good to be true, not in stock, huge shipping delay, additional import taxes, wrong or faulty item, whatever. Especially after seeing all the negative reviews in here, which I only saw after ordering (and I will admit that I might have some hestitation from ordering from there again after reading what others have gone through). But I feel it is only fair to give credit where credit is due, they have at least one happy customer here.

I just received my mango wood round coffee table OMG 😱 I’m so amazingly excited it’s hard to express how delightful I LOVE the table. It’s More fabulous in person. The craftsmanship is impeccable! It’s the Best statement furniture I own! Many Thanks to the people who made it! WOW 🤩

EXCELLENT I was nervous to order a table from overstock because they had poor reviews. however i really liked the table. the Table is solid wood ; was very easy to put together ; was packed well and it shipped fast. i have no complaints ; only compliments very satisfied

I have ordered a number of times with no issues. Everything has come quick and in good shape. I find it funny how many people think they are getting free returns from Amazon. They just don't tell you they're charging you.
