Rarely i give 5 stars but i was treated very well from Patagonia in USA. unfortunatly in europe (italy) the selling system isnt as good as in the States. Thje shop in Santa monica has very good employers.

I own two patagonia coats, one waterproof and one insulated jacket. Both have lasted several years and are still in great condition. The insulated jacket I sent for repairs after ripping the inside and the cuffs becoming frayed through wear and tear. The repairs were done quickly and my jacket returned to me like new. Excellent value for money!

I ordered a women's vest from Patagonia! It arrived in 2 days. The vest did not fit so I initiated a return. Within an hour of dropping off the return at Fedex, the return was processed and in 2 biz days was credited to my account. Just wanted to say what great service it was!

Aus meiner Sicht macht Patagonia die besten Jacken der Welt! Der Reparaturservice ist einfach perfekt. An einer meiner Jacken, 4 Jahre alt, war der Reißverschluss defekt. Versand und Reparatur kostenlos! Eine super Firmenphilosophie und absolut nachhaltig! Danke!!!
