pcRUSH – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Ordered a Vizio Sound bar from Walmart. Order was shipped through pcRush. Returned the Sound bar and they refused to pay for return shipping. I returned it and still have not received a credit to my account. DO NOT, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THESE NIMRODS.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY......THEY HAVE ONE JOB TO DO....AND THAT IS TO SELL COMPUTERS AND SHIP THEM.....THAT THEY DO ...BUT PRAY YOURS IS NOT BROKEN AS SOON AS YOU OPEN THE BOX......IF SO YOU WILL PAY FOR SHIPPING-BACK TO THEM - AND YOU WILL BE GOING THROUGH A PROCESS TO RECIEVE YOUR MONEY BACK-YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

This is literally a scam company!!!!!!! Just read everyone's reviews!!!!!! I have never posted a review in my life that is how bad this company is.

It's the 7th day and they still don't know where my order will be shipped, but to wait 24 to 48 hours before there fulfillment team finds the product . They told me the order has been paid .

Bought a new surface tablet from Jet.com and PCrush filled the order. From the start my tablet was acting up every once and a while and being new to windows i just restarted and it went a way. The problems got progressively worse and is now to the point that I cant turn the thing on. Brought it to the Windows store to get a manufacturers warranty on it and they sent it back to me stating that the table had "evidence of unauthorized service or attempted disassembly; tamper label removed, altered, or disturbed; modifications to internal components; serial number removed, mismatched, or altered." They sold me a refurbished tablet, poorly refurbished at that, and told me it was new. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A $700 PAPER WEIGHT.
