philosophy – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

This company has never been Vegan, but they had 1 scent that I really loved. Unfortunately it has been discontinued. All of their products are low quality now. The scent just isn't there anymore. The prices are ridiculous and I think that when they strayed from their original product line and started to offer a ton more scents, the quality dissappeared.

I just wrote another HONEST REVIEW ON PHILOSOPHY BUT WAS ERASED SOME REASON BY TRUST PILOT AND WAS NO BAD WORDS JUST THRUTH! Am starting not to trust this site either Philosophy once again I tried 3 days to buy sale products I called SEV times to philosophy acted like I was bothering them offered NO HELP DID NOT CARE BLAMED EVERYTHING ELSE AND EVEN THOUGH I CALLED THREE TIMES THEY DID NOT OFFER TO GIVE ME DEAL ADVERTISED THAT SITE KEPT GOING OUT ON AND I WANTED THAT DEAL BUT SAID HANDS TIED THAT IS NOT SO AS I WAS A MANAGER AND I HAD THE RIGHT TO EITHER MAKE DECISION OR CONTACT CORP AND REQUEST AND NOTIFY CUSTOMER BUT NOPE!!!!! WAS TREATED UNSATISFACTORY ONCE AGAIN AM TIRED OF THIS ALWAYS ONLY HAVE TROUBLE WITH THIS WEBSITE EVERY SINGLE TIME AND REP BLAME EVERYTHING ELSE BUT THEM DO NOT EVEN TRY TO LOOK INTO IT NOTHING DO NOT OFFER ANYTHING EITHER DONT CARE!!!!!!!!! Horrible

I ordered 150.00 worth of product from company never showed for Christmas for my daughter! I called them several times lied to me, gave me several excuses lied again one month still nothing told sent out new shipment as I wanted products for my daughter vs money returned today received email saying received return shipment credit your account AFTER I EXP NEVER RECIEVED ANY SHIPMENT!!! UPS lied!!! THEN CLAIM IN PROGRESS THEN THREAT FROM UPS SAYING I BETTER COME PUCK UP PKG THAT THEY TOLD PHILOSOPHY THEY COULD NOT FIND AND WHOLE TIME I CALLED PHILOSOPHY KEPT UPDATED YET I HAD TO WAIT N WAIT N WAIT BEING LIED TO BY PHILOSOPHY EVERY TIME I CALLED!!!!!! I love their products BUT MY DAUGHTER WENT WITH NO CHRISTMAS GIFT BECAUSE IT WAS TOO MUCH TO SEND OUT NEW SHIPMENT WHILE UPS BEING INVESTIGATED BY LYING AS I TOLD PHILOSOPHY UPS HAS DONE TO ME SEVERAL TIMES NOPE INSTEAD PHILOSOOHY RATHER CALL ME A LIAR OR THINK I STOLE PRODUCT WHEN I WOULD NEVER DO THAT AND I CALLED THEM INFORMING OF SITUATION YET LIED LIED LIED AND LIED SO DO NOT TRUST PHILOSOPHY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ONLY PRODUCT AND MONEY AND OH YEAH WHEN I TOLD PHILOSOPHY OF THE THREATENING TEXT FROM UPS OF I BETTER COME PICK UP PKG OR SENDING IT BACK PROVING UPS LIED HAD MY PKG WHOLE TIME PHILOSOPHY TOLD ME TO GO PICK IT UP!!!!!! I f said NO! I paid for it to come to my home!!!!! I ORDERED SEVERAL DIFFERENT PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service They will lie to you AND DO NOT CARE IF YOU GET YOUR SHIPMENT OR NOT

I thought it was a good product until I found out that it uses animals for testing. Not, not , cruelty free! Anyone who loves animals would not feel comfortable using this product.

I was a customer and put up with their super late deliveries for about the past six months. My last order they literally robbed me. I had paid for two items that I did not receive and have not been refunded. I will never shop this site again and will definitely not recommend to anyone will do the opposite and warn everyone I know to stay away from this crooked company. If my refund for items not received isn’t back to me in the next couple of days I will have no choice but to take further action. So, be very careful if you order from this site. Products are good, but their business practices are shady, to say the least. And prices are outrageous as well. 80$ for a 4 oz jar of face cream. No thanks.
