Ordered a wool rug October 2022. Rag has a strange chemical smell and it didn't go away even after putting outside to air (what was an act to drag it on the porch because it's so heavy). Additionally it still sheds. After having an accident on the rug and cleaning it professionally, the smell didn't go away. I suppose it's the backing of the rug what causes it. Called customer service, the answer is, I am sorry we can't do anything about it. This is the rug for kids room and is not cheep, how one can deliver this quality for kids items? Never again.

I just discovered a silver cup I ordered as a christening gift a year ago had never been delivered (though I was charged for the item). I called to get a refund, and was told I wouldn't be refunded! Obviously outrageous. I had to stay on the phone with customer service for about an hour, repeating many times that I would not accept that outcome, and ultimately they agreed "as a special exception" to re-order the cup. This is a year late, but at least my friend will have something!

Absolutely disgrace of a company. I waited 4 months for my nursery chair. Probably 10 calls to customer service, the day they actually made an appointment with me to deliver my nursery chair, with updates that the driver is on its way, 3 hours waiting they just called and canceled. Now I am back calling customer service daily, have to constantly explain all details to just be disappointed again, still no chair and baby is due next week. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from them. No reliable company and made my nursery experience a total horror show!!!

The WORST company to order from. I have waited for 4 months for my nursery chair. Numerous calls to customer service, it’s been a horror to work with them. I took a day off from work to wait for delivery for them to call me last minute to cancel. I will never ever buy from them again!

Wanted to say how much I appreciate the help of the Pottery Barn for Kids (and the whole Williams-Sonoma Inc) customer service team for helping me out with a special birthday present for my grandson. I had ordered a chair and accidentally shipped it to the wrong address. While it did not process the way had “expected”, they were able to deliver the chair to the corrected address at no additional cost and before his birthday. And my grandson *loves* the chair. Having worked in customer service for a Fortune 1000 company, I know the effort put forth by the team to make this happen and wanted to express my true appreciation for all their help!

Horrible horrible experience! I ordered a loft bed with white glove assembly. Couple years later we were moving and when we disassembled the bed, all the pegs that were supposed to be holding the rail were BROKEN! I got lucky that my daughter didn’t get injured! I was then stupid enough to buy another bed from them. This time - it’s delayed by a MONTH! Waiting for an imaginary part that doesn’t exist! And I can’t get bed or my money back so I can buy another bed! This is a disaster!!!!! I’m NEVER BUYING from PBK again and I implore you not to! It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with any furniture companies! UPDATE: PBK eventually refunded the fee.

I've had an amazing experience with PotteryBarn Kids. I purchased a floor lamp with glass shades from them and accidentally shuttered one of the shades myself a couple of months later. I wrote to the customer support asking if I could purchase these shades, but they instead sent me a set of shades for free, knowing it was my fault. If I can count on them standing behind their products to that extent I'll keep buying from them for sure. Thanks PotteryBarn, great job!

I bought a toy box and unfortunately the item was defective. The screws came off and fell into the toy box from the door hinge. My daughter thankfully didn't find them. If she had she would have eaten them. I wanted to see if the store had any recalls on them. They had not. The manager was going to let her head office know that this had happened. I just wanted to make sure no child in the future has a problem with this toy box and that parents are aware that this happened to ours. The manager gave me a further discount which was very nice. The toy box still works so I will keep it. I do love it.

I love to shop local and I really think twice before spending money at larger stores. PB Kids was excellent and I'm so glad I purchased from them. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. I ordered the Tree House Bed for my son. I was supposed to get a 10% discount on the bed and it didn't go thru on my online order. I called cust service the next day. Immediately they refunded the 10%, even on the shipping charges! (Which were quite high because this was a huge bed!). The bed arrived and the white glove service was excellent. They took off their shoes and had this gorgeous bed up in less than 30 minutes. The boxes and packing material were removed before they even entered my home. The bed itself is well made! There isn't even an off-gassing for the wood / finish. Also, I had asked PB to hold the bed until the end of the month when we would be moving into our new place. They had no problem with that and in fact called several times just to keep me posted of the shipping situation and where the bed was being stored for me until shipped. LOVE the customer service and the quality of this bed.

I allways using this site for buying my kids almost anything!
