I purchased a Power A Xbox controller with a guaranteed warranty replacement. The controller failed but the company Power A honored their guarantee after I completed their online form. They responded by sending a new Xbox Controller; and their response was prompt. I appreciate this company. I am quite satisfied.

I had a problem with the cord on the Fusion Pro 1 Controller. I raised an incident but was out of stock. Unfortunately this was the case for a few months but Powera kindly replaced with a brand new controller. Bonus that it was the Fusion Pro 2 I received. Really please with the service all in all.

Ho comprato un anno e mezzo fa un joystick della Powera da Gamestop. La levetta analogica sinistra non andava granché dopo un po' e quelli della Gamestop se ne sono lavati le mani, dicendo di contattarli. Mi hanno sostituito il joystick di vecchio modello con uno di nuovo modello senza farmi pagare un euro e in più mi hanno fatto scegliere tra diversi modelli di joystick! Grazie :)
