Good website with plenty of information, but could get to a 'person' to deal with my query. Tommy answered quickly and helpful and gave help all the way on several occasions. As a silver surfer shall I say some straightforward issues were a wee bit more of a problem. But all sorted in the end thanks to Tommy's help.

Communication was great with both Sally and Tommy and the set up process was really simple. I look forward to using the site.
