This was my first time ordering from this company. I hadn't heard anything about despatch so I emailed. My email was answered immediately and we found that the despatch email had gone into my junk folder. I was impressed by the quick response I got. The goods arrived that day too so I will have no problem ordering again. Some companies you order from are hard to contact. Pure Beauty are not so 10 out of 10 for good customer service
