This company is playing with me. It’s very funny. I purchased a cooler that broke 4 months after the warranty expired and they refuse to provide any information on how I can have it repaired. I get it, it’s a piece of junk, but Gee, tell me how to have it repaired already! Every reply has been “we can clean it professionally for $92” or “here’s the user manual” or “it’s out of warranty” - all the things that don’t help me. In their defense, I haven’t called and only used the web for the request, but still, it’s getting to be comical when I have asked soooo many times for repair advice and I get a reply that clearly shows they don’t care. So learn from me: don’t buy coolers from them. Go to Costco instead.
Pros: water was good, price was fine, driver was polite Cons: In 1+ yrs "service", I received: 2 deliveries, 0 picked up bottles, numerous ghost deliveries that included "deliveries" on another date/time even when I was out of town for a month, repeatedly charged for services never received, skipped deliveries they claimed they delivered, failure to ever deliver to the back porch where the bottles wouldn't be on display for all to see if they delivered when I wasn't home or they didn't bother to tell me they were coming, and 1 time they actually followed through on delivery instructions (which was the initial delivery). When I had finally given up trying to get them to stop billing me for services never received and emailed them in desperation saying "please just come get your bottles and dispenser", they instead sent a nasty reply and turned my account for a disputed $100 worth of services never received over to a collection agency and claimed it was over $200 owed. I still have the empty bottles and a dispenser staring at me and a collection agency harassing me. Terrible experience.

I have been using this service for over a year and recently had another issue with the company not delivering what I ordered and not resolving the issue in a timely manner and many communications.
Absolutely horrible. We placed an order for 20 five gallon water jugs on November 7th 2022 with a one month est delivery date. It is now January 4th 2023 and we have received nothing. No emails, no texts, no refund, no communication at all. We were finally able to get ahold of customer service only for them to tell us they stopped servicing our area 2 days prior to our order date and we would need to contact a 3rd person party to issue the refund. We contacted the 3rd party and have been prompted to wait until tomorrow for a phone call. This is completely unacceptable and if we did not follow up they would have kept almost $200. Do not order from this company, it's a complete scam.
They just ripping off money from people my account was closed and fully paid they are keep sending me the bills with late fee
Wow, really surprised at these reviews on RR. I had them a couple years ago in central Florida and we loved them. Customer service and communication was excellent as was our delivery guy Marcus. After RR left our area (new management) we tried 2 other companies that were horrible, no communication and terrible customer service and deliveries were hit and miss with no explanations. After being spoiled by great service from RR and them leaving our area we went reverse osmosis. Sorry to see so many unhappy with RR
I have had my service for about 8 months and I have not had any issues. My bottom loader stopped working properly at about 6.5 months and I called customer service and the technician was very professional and helpful. I was provided with instructions to place the cooler outside and they would deliver me a new one & pick up the defective one in 2 days. It was a different model (Avalon?) and I do like it better than the first one (Nestle). The new one is much simpler to use when changing the bottles. One time I received less bottles of 5 gallon water but I just ordered more and they delivered them in a couple of days. Make sure to check your dispenser warranty & watch for any issues frequently so that you can get a replacement if needed.

Made several calls over the past two weeks to get bottom load water cooler replaced. Not heating or cooling the water. The damaged cooler is one of five accounts in our building.
