This review is not really about Reservations.com. But on that note, I did reserve a room through Reservations.com. I had absolutely no trouble with my reservation. One thing, though. I was NOT advised the cost of the room prior to reserving it, and the cost was more than I was under the impression from the Reservations.com webpage that it would be. By about $100.00! But outside of that? Everything else was okay. So I "ate" the unexpected cost. But if you are looking for an extended- stay motel in the Atlanta area? Go to Studio 6 Chamblee! This one is the VERY best, and the only motel that I choose when in Atlanta!!
My go to for last minute bookings, have used them a handful of times and never had any real issues. The charges and prices are listed so I know what I'm paying. All in all a useful site that provides what I need when in a rush.
