Worth buying but needs preparation in advance

I am fully content with purchasing the card. Everywhere is informed, that you need to make reservation in advance for the Vatican and Colosseum. I do not understand why some people complain about it 😐 These are rules of Rome, not the Omnia Card. The Hop on Hop off is very good and gives a chance to find directions in the city easily. It is a bit difficult to find where does it stop at first, but after taking a round you get familiar. Absolutely suggesting to buy it 😊

Pricey but we'll worth the price . Just need to ensure you use it right and stand in the right queue and place to use the card

Had a decent experience with the card using which you can skip the line in a couple of places only on Rome and a couple in Vatican. It's expensive but worth it if you value your time spent in queues for the top attractions and have very limited time to visit them. The company can do better for providing directions though, like us stops for the hop on hop off were not clear and meet-up points were incorrectly shown even by their own agents from their card pick up centres. We almost ended up forgoing our time slot to the Vatican because an Omnia agent had clearly marked us to stand at a parallel street and wait for the guide come and pick us up using the time tags. We ran around like hares and fortunately found a similar looking group walking else where .But when used right, it's a good card to visit the attractions.

HOP ON/OFF bus needs better directions!!!

I was in Rome for 4 days in November- 2 weeks ago & purchased the 3 day Omnia Vatican & Rome card. Was pleased overall EXCEPT for the Hop on/off bus. The map provided was NOT clear where to catch the buses. I wasted 1 1/2 hours the first day trying to find the bus stop near Piazza Navona & 2 1/2 hours my last day WAITING for a bus that passed me by even though I was at the correct stop. Could only find the stop in one direction so had to take the bus the opposite direction only to be told I had to get off at the last stop because they stopped running at 6 even though the guide said last departure was at 6 pm. Luckily I was close enough to my hotel to walk back on a cold dark evening! Especially disappointing since I was only in Rome for short time. Would be better deal if you got free admission to more than 2 attractions. Glad I bought it otherwise but might try the Rome Turbo pass next time!

Really pleased we got these Omnia/Rome…

Really pleased we got these Omnia/Rome pass cards. Ordered the 72 hr pass. Got us into the Colostrum, the Forum, Vatican Museum Sistine Chapel, & St Peter's Basilica (fast tracking straight to the front which was brilliant as we were only visiting for 2.5 days so didn't waste precious time. We booked Vatican museum/Sistine chapel for 10am then St Peter's Basilica for 1pm. Worked well for us not wanting to spend all day in the museum but plenty of time to see lots of rooms. Also had unlimited public transport use once we arrived in the city (not for use on airport shuttle buses). So easy to hop on Metro & buses. Also worth doing the included tourist bus route with audio guide too (we saved that for a rainy 90mins after the Vatican). Would deffo recommend Omnia & Rome cards. Enjoy!

This pass was worth every penny

This pass was worth every penny. Even if we had used it just to skip the queues at St Peters and The Vatican Museum, it would have been worth it, as the queues when we went were 4 hours long - each! We used the free entrances to the Coliseum and the Palantine Hills. And the ho-ho bus was great, not only for getting from A to B, but to sit and watch the whole of Rome when tired! An extra bonus was being able to use the normal Rome buses if we wanted to go somewhere not on the circuit, or not wanting to wait for a ho-ho bus. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
