We were looking to replace a very old wooden planter. We wanted specific measurements and Ruby offered a very reasonable charge for making one to our requirements. Their customer service was superb - friendly, helpful and efficient in dealing with some initial queries. We went on to order online using their easy to use software to adapt an existing product to our measurements. The planted was delivered a week later by a very helpful courier. The planter is well made of good quality wood. The process, the product , and delivery was excellent. So good to deal with a company that actually delivers what it promises!
