I normally never write reviews but was so impressed with ruggedoutdoors.com I feel like I need to. I ordered the Merrell Zion shoes for my husband for Christmas, and initially ordered the wrong ones but luckily realized my mistake before my order shipped, and asked for my order to be cancelled. I received a quick response that my order was cancelled as requested so I ordered the correct pair and received them in 2 days! They were also the best price I could find anywhere online, even with shipping. Very impressed! Will order from this store again.

I ordered a Patagonia fleece pullover from Patagonia's website on 2/16. What a mistake. After TWELVE days of no shipment and not hearing anything regarding my order, I had to DM their twitter account. After doing that, Patagonia finally emails me and informs me that my item was out of stock. I was so upset at this and the abysmal customer service that I decided to order the product from another company. I found my fleece pullover on Rugged Outdoors and decided to take a chance on ordering it, despite not knowing much about the company. The item was the same exact price and Rugged Outdoors even gave me free shipping, which Patagonia could not be bothered to do. But most impressive was that Rugged Outdoors processed my order and shipped it via UPS 2nd day shipping the SAME DAY I ordered. It's only been a couple of days and it's going to be here. I am so much more pleased with Rugged Outdoors than Patagonia, I will be ordering from here instead. All I wanted was my fleece pullover to arrive before summer gets here and Rugged Outdoors not only processed and shipped immediately, but they completely showed up Patagonia. I'm pleased and will be shopping here in the future.
