Ordered from the UK. The items came quickly and nothing missing. I did pay customs (but this is bcos my order was over the custom-free limit). The only thing is - The dress I ordered, the stitching in one area was off and there was a foundation stain...I guess this is why its 60% off!. Good to bare in mind, that these items are probably difficult to sell at full price or a mild discount due to some stains/stitching coming off etc. But I don't mind. Going to take mine to my local tailor to get it reduced in size (S was sold out so bought M), stitching fixed and stain removed. Will also get my items dry-cleaned professionally. Really happy with my purchase and would 100% purchase from there again. Actually, I'm already on their website for my next order! ***update - I placed another order and received everything within 1 week. No issues with the clothing, 70% off a dress that I had saved in my reading list for months! Very happy about my 1st and 2nd purchase.

So here is my experience with Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH. On 16th of December '22 I was casually browsing old pictures on my PC and I came upon a screenshot of shoes with which I fell in love and really wanted to buy while I was in still in High School. That was in 2015 so 8 YEARS AGO ! Out of pure curiosity, I've searched the brand & model in Google and I fell in shock when I found out that they are actually still selling them in the EXACT COLOUR I wanted and that they do have my size (actually they have all of the most common sizes). Also, this brand is a small / medium shoe company (not like Nike, Adidas, Puma etc. ...), so really a BIG surprise to see the available, also for a reasonable price. Suddenly all the memories of the good old High School times came to my head. I just could not resist them anymore and I immediatelly started the ordering process. When I saw that delivery to Slovenia, European Union (ever heard of Luka Dončić ?) is additional 48 € (approx. 51 $) I wasn't bothered even a bit - that is how much I was excited. So order was placed and the price with delivery fee, taxes and customs charges was payed. After few minutes I realized that I have just ordered something from the US and I haven't even checked TrustPilot reviews, as I ALWAYS DO, when I find a new website, specially when it is a foreign website. And then I opened TrustPilot and started reading. I have probably never seen so many bad reviews and "red alarms". I made a big mistake, I said to myself. After an hour I checked my email and no order confirmation or any notice of placed order was sent to me. NOT GOOD, DAMN IT, I just threw money away. NEXT DAY the order confirmaiton came and notice that my order will soon shipped. Continuing reading the bad reviews on TrustPilot I gave up and out of desperation I wrote them an email if this order will be delivered and what is the ETD ? Never received an answer. I totally gave up on my dream shoes from 2015 :( And look a miracle ! On 27th of December I received email from the courirer service (Slovenian company) that they will soon be delivered. That was fast ! I finally got them today - 4th of January '23. In a long time I wasn't this much excited about a purchase and I'm not a materialistic type of a person. They got 4 stars from me because I never got the answer on my question. Everything else was perfectly fine. Do recommend it, but do make sure that you have a few days extra for a delivery. :D
