Sam's Club Cashback

I placed a Pickup order for Thursday, 2/9/2023, to be picked up between 5 and 6pm. I called the store around 6:15, to check on my order since I had not received a notification for pickup. It was concerning but I was not upset because I had not had a problem with my previous pickups. I felt something had to be wrong. I called the store; I was told that the pickup service had been extremely busy. I eventually spoke with Hunter which is why I am posting my review. Hunter was handling the service alone. He was not agitated as you would expect, being that he was doing the work of a team. I was able to pick up my order a little later than expected but thankful for the service. Hunter was very courteous and provided the type of customer service that not only should be commended but should also be rewarded. Thank you, Hunter, for the embodiment of and providing EXCELLENT customer service.

Great Customer Service by Sarafina O. at Sam's Club in McDonough. Sarafina's customer service is top notch.She was very helpful and well informative of the Sam's club products. The customer service line was long, but because she was so helpful and polite to everyone you did not mind the wait, she waited on every customer like they were the only person in the line.I had to tell Her Thank You again for Her Great Customer Service!!!

After research I found the following information which explains what the slimy substance is. He has told other family members that they should be shopping at Sam's. What I am about to describe that was in a product we purchased from Sam's is not for the faint of heart. We purchased a gallon of the Sam's brand vinegar and had been using the vinegar for awhile. This morning I went to soak my strawberries in a bowl of the vinegar and water and when I put the vinegar in the bowl and added water I noticed something slimy in the bowl. I got a paper towel and lifted it out and it was human saliva, as if someone had coughed mucus and spit it in the vinegar. I could not believe what I saw so I washed the bowl and dryed it. Took the vinegar and poured some in the bowl and then added water. Much to my disappointment and horror, more slimy saliva was in the bowl, I took a paper towel and lifted it up out of the bowl and the mucus of it dripped from the paper towel. I repeated this one more time and more slimy saliva was in the bowl of water and vinegar. I did a chat with Sam's to report this and was given a case number but they were no help at all. They said without the sales receipt they could not help me. We had been using this large gallon of vinegar for a couple of months not knowing that, it appears, someone put their saliva in the vinegar during the manufacturing process is my guess. In any event I personally have lost all trust in buying Sam's Brand products. I have never experienced anything like this. Additionally the mucus like substance in the vinegar appeared to be human saliva mucus. I do not know how something like this could have gotten in the vinegar which puzzles me. The vinegar was not beyond the expiration date so I know it was still ok to use. Whatever the mucus like substance was in the vinegar I still will never buy it again from Sam's Club.

For Georgia: Gasoline pirces are good if you are a Sam's Club member- this is closer to Savannah, GA....but it is close to the Exit of I-95 on the way to Charleston, SC...it is in Georgia...but pretty close to end or close to entry of South Carolina in 15 or 12 miles approximately. People who work there are very nice....they go out of the way to come and help...i had seen those ladies helps any one or so - they do not sit inside the cabin...they come out and asks or ensure people are able to take care of pumping the gasoline without any issues Good People and good folks - nice .....i did not have any bad experience...so i am good. Appreciated again Sri aka drjustkidding. For South Carolina: Joanne in the GAs station does a fantastic job She is excited tomorrow the new pumps are going to be implemented or installed - March 26th 2019 Tuesday in North Charleston, SC Other one not sure Ed used to work part time -very good true genuine brother. Appreciate in standing during winter and during peak summer- it is not easy for them...but i always go there to put my Gasoline as i am a Sam's member now for 20 years Thanks Sri aka drjustkidding

I've been a Sams Club member for almost 20yrs now and for the most part, the employees are typically kind and friendly. Today I was in my usual location in Winterville, NC (approx. 11:15am) and I must say that my sales rep/cashier by the name of Anne went above and beyond. She greeted me with such a warm smile and took the time to tell me what items were on sale just in case I was interested; she also inquired if I already had the Sam's app and explained all the benefits of the app to make my customer experience even better. Anne was passionate about her job and it showed. I've downloaded the app for the next time. Thank you Anne if you ever get to read this! 😊

Good experience except unable to add items after purchase like other companies will let you.

Went shopping at the Lakeland Florida Store and had a great experience. Staff personnel were very helpful when asked. Plan to keep shopping there. Their prices are also good and reasonable.

I shop Sam's Club often. I can get my food at great prices as well as receive friendly helpful service.

we have been a club member for years and we love their low price discount when u shop there and low price gasoline as a bonus too, we enjoy the perk and will continued to be a member thank you so much!

We have been members of our local Medford Sam's in N.Y. for over five years now and although we have hit a few bumps in the road pertaining to the club itself they have always been addressed. It may take a week but we have always been happy with the results. The club is fills with really awesome people doing at times unbelievable tasks. This club is always busy and the staff hgv as been consistently caring towards customers. ☆☆☆☆☆
