They are a great store. I've gotten stuff from this store pretty recently and was great. I've gotten the asian food and snack products that I've wanted in the mail and arrived pretty soon as it said it will be and was in great condition. I've known people have been putting bad reviews on this store because of their mistakes, but people don't realize they been trying to become better. This company is legit and is always there for improvement. People are taking the company the wrong way. They have been great after the data breach incident. They're not a bad company at all, they just sometimes make mistakes.
I live in central Texas and my first order was a bit over $200 dollars My package arrived in only three days, which was three days sooner than estimated, which was fantastic (shipped fedex). Both boxes arrived in great shape with zero product damage; everything was fresh and in great shape. They have a great variety which is not available to me locally, and I love the huge amount of choices in brands and types of product types. We love ramen and adore ramyeon/ ramyun in our house and there is an amazing selection of not only those, but many amazing things to add into your bowl! I’ve already made my second order within days of our first arriving because there are so many fun things to try that are not available locally. For products I can get locally, the online price is much lower
Significant 4-5 days delivery delay is expected all the time. Their carrier “Better Truck” is awful. I keep filing complaint. But they don’t do anything to solve problems, except reply robotic apology. They run out items, but don’t tell until me until package is already shipped without that item(s). Due to significant delay, veggies looked old, I couldn’t use most of it. This is THE last time I business with this notorious company. Will delete app after this.
Search the news about weee customer info leakage! Scammers had my wife’s number and other private information and she almost got scammed. This company should be sued!
The delievery has always been very sloppy and irresponible, from time to time, if not all times.. I hv complained 2 or 3 times to their support dept. and hv been always told that they will relay the message to their delevery dept. though, no one take it seriously. I hv requested that the driver should call or text and LEAVE a message, because I can't recognize the caller from any unknown numbers and I hv provided an option in my absence; but they seldom followed. Driver called but never LEAVE a message, followed by just leave your items unattended and said it's been "delievered". My sister likes the goods from SAYWEEE, so I am really hoping they would fix this issue by taking it more seriously!

I love this company however I wish they had where you could purchase fresh meat and produce where I live like in TX. I referred my sister and a few other people. I like their products and they have prompt shipping and always new and exciting items. I love getting my coffee and other snacks from this company. I highly recommend giving them a try I hope I will be able to buy fresh produce and meat as well as Kimchi soon in my area.
Prices good and prompt shipping. Great way to get some things that you may not find at your local grocery.. also fun to try new things that you may not have had before.
I've placed about 20 orders on this site in the last 6 months or so, and every order has arrived perfectly. The only downside for me is that I live so far away from their ship location that the Ground shipping takes about 1.5 weeks. Despite the long transit, none of the products have arrived damaged, even though they don't always use padding. However, their exterior box is quite thick, so that helps. Price-wise, I would say that they are comparable to in-store prices, and these guys do carry some rare, obscure stuff. Also, they do a healthy sales rotation. I kind of wish they would offer coupons more often. For example, "Spend $200+ and get 15%" or something like this. I would totally be up for that. But then again, they do keep prices reasonable, so even if you pay full price, it's not painful.
Have made numerous orders no issues except for 1 mispack. Customer service responded within 2 hours with refund.
