I wanted to like them but they just are terrible. I paid $200 for elite, with the understanding that I would get awesome deals on first/business class. The last 6 months its only s america (like columbia) that I don't have any interest in going to. The deals aren't even that good. I could find these deals myself on goog flights easily. Rip off imo.
Hello all, Scott's flights continues to charge my visa when my membership was cancelled. I never found a deal I wanted this last year, so I cancelled. I would look at this site for discounted airline tickets and my profile always stated Limited(Free). I forgot I purchased Premium for $40.00, but this company did not. They kept me at free Limited status all this time(7 months). Then they gave me this bogus excuse I have two emails with them and my Yahoo account has the Premium membership. I only have yahoo with them. They are a scam and lie and cheat. Now they sent me an email saying they will make an exception for me and prorate me for a service I never received. How generous of them. They are crooks!

Scott's Cheap Flights is terrible. None of the "deals" they send you are the price they're quoting, but instead just prices that are no better than what you can find FOR FREE on expedia or travelocity. Plus it's one of those sites that makes it virtually impossible to find your account status so they can automatically charge you before you can cancel. How many more red flags do you need?
This is a semi scam subscription service. By the time they send you “deals”, none of them are available. I signed up for their “premium” plan at a reduced price due Covid last year and have not used one deal though I flew quite a few times. They automatically charged me the full price for another year without sending any notification off renewal. They claim that they sent a notification the same day I was charged, but it is nowhere to be found, including the spam folder. They have so many disputes with credit cards that they hired people just to deal with those instead of improving their service. If I do not get my money back because of unfair renewal practice, I’ll certainly get them back because of quality of service.
I would give this a zero, but there isn't an option. I was stranded once at an airport years ago...my best friend had to bail me out. We tried Scott's cheap flights, among others. I never used the service, not once. Just found out I have been getting charged for YEARS!!!! The pretentious fancy pants that owns it brags he is giving good deals...no he is not! He is pocketing off the desperate.
SCF came through for my honeymoon. We ended up in Hawaii & Puerto Rico this year for $250 roundtrip for 2 for each trip. They have honest deals that connect you directly via google flights so they don't make money from the deals themselves but the premium membership fee. They have a cool instagram page too.
