I ordered flowers, balloon, and cookies to be delivered to my daughter. I normally look at the reviews before buying anything but this time I didn’t. About 30 minutes after I placed my order, it dawned on me that I forgot to read the reviews. I was shocked at the reviews and was fearful something would go wrong but my order was delivered on time. The flower arrangement looked like the picture online and my daughter said the cookies were delicious. So, I am pleased!

I ordered balloons for a loved one/ the order was not able to be fulfilled- due to the hospital regulations. Customer service reached out to me right away and my card was refunded the next day.
