Silverlight – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Die Socken sind gut aber...! Habe vor Wochen 4 Paar bestellt (Angebot) und möchte nun ein Paar zurückschicken. Ich habe vier mal den Versuche unternommen um ein Label oder eine Adresse zu bekommen um zu retournieren. Immer neue Ausreden. Wenn dann die versprochene Garantie auch so läuft? Würde hier nicht wieder bestellen.

This is a terrible company. I should have checked reviews before ordering. The socks were the wrong size. They are not sending me a return label it’s been over 3 weeks. They offered to give 25% back instead of the full amount. What a scam. Order #44062

Never recevied my order... Payment was taken from my credit card. Customer support initially replied but stopped after I provided my proof of transaction. Three months after the order they send me “proof of delivery”. They send a screenshot of a track and trace, it was a screenshot of an order in a different country and the date was 6th April whereas I ordered in the beginning of February. As seen in the other reviews, this company is just a scam

I have ordered a pair. Money was collected straight away, socks never received. They sent a tracking number of the logistics partner, but that link just says “no information available”. Customer service does not reply at all. This seems to be a scam!
