I have been using my SoClean for several years and it seems to have reduced the early morning head aches that I had been experiencing prior to it's use. Recently the seal on the water chamber started making a noise and it became hard to get a good seal on the chamber to eliminate the noise so it was time anyway to order a new cpap machine. When Baycare Homecare delivered my new machine they advised against using the SoClean because it causes the internal seals to wear out sooner than the should. Now I am confused as to weather or not to use the device because it seems to have worked well for me in the past. I think I will try it without the SoClean for a while and see how it go's.

Wow, I am surprised reading the negative comments here. I have had 2 so clean machines now for a few years and absolutely love them. Today I just ordered the so clean 3 machine to replace my oldest one. Ordering was simple and so easy. I have never had to contact customer service for any reason so hopefully all will go well in that aspect.

I like the ease of putting my CPAP in the SoClean every morning and have the timer scheduled to run at 10am...very easy. The only thing that isn't the best is the noise when it runs, but it is brief.

Love it. Washing my equipment is not hard it just takes time and I end up draping pieces all over the kitchen to dry. But SoClean is sooooo much easier. Head gear in machine, hose in the side, close the lid and walk away. Bedtime - head gear on, attach hose, turn on my machine and off to lala land. It is pricey but it works and is so easy to use. Thanks SoClean for keeping me free from dirty equipment illness.

Your checkout process is good. Very smooth and straightforward. With the 3rd party knockoffs being so much cheaper, I'd just like to see you be a little more competitive on the pricing. $20 would be a great price point and still get the real thing!
