I contacted Soda Stream Customer Service because of a problem. Julian assisted me with the issue and he quickly determined what the problem was. It was my error, he quickly and professionally assured me he could take care of the issue. He immediately said he would be sending me a new one to replace this one. CO2 shipped to my doorstep at the same price as in-store refills, what's not to love??? I just gotta say that more people will take time to leave a bad review than to leave a good review. I'VE BEEN USING THIS SERVICE FOR 4 YEARS and I'm here to tell you that Soda Sense is the only way to go! I have been a customer of Soda Sense since I found them in 2019. I used to have to go to Bed Bath & Beyond which was really inconvenient, and when covid hit it wasn't even an option anymore. I found Soda Sense and have been IMMENSELY SATISFIED WITH THE EASE OF EXCHANGE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, and PRICE. Boxes come with return labels, so you just leave it for the mailman, and unlike other subscriptions, you only pay when you are ready to send in exchange. That's right, NO MONTHLY FEES, or fees of any other kind, dude! You're only charged for what you use. They process and ship in like 2 days so you NEVER have to go without your bubs! One time a shipment got lost or stolen, so I called them and a new set was on my door in 2 days. I did not wait on hold, I did not have to jump through any hoops, they're just good to their loyal customers. Soda Sense saves me so much time, and yet, refills are the same price as I paid in-store! HOW?! I have turned all my friends onto Soda Sense because it is by far the best way to keep up with that super hip bubbly lifestyle!!
