I had an issue with an item I purchased and Sophie from customer service was extremely helpful, responsive and organised a quick pick-up and replacement of the item. I've purchased a lot of products from Soho Home and they are always incredible quality! This is the first time I have ever experienced and issue but they dealt with it extremely well so I would not hesitate to recommend them as a high quality provider of homewares
