Sonos – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Es ist erschreckend, was man hier so lesen muss. Meine Erfahrung: ich hatte Abbrüche mit der Playbar. Also Support angerufen, da ich nach diversen Versuchen nicht erfolgreich war. Nach sehr kurzer Wartezeit (was ja heute schon erstaunlich ist) jemandem am anderen Ende, der mir auch helfen konnte und sich dabei alle Mühe gegeben hat. Support war erfolgreich und kostenlos! Es ist je sehr selten geworden, dass überhaupt noch jemand telefonischen Support anbietet! Ich betreibe das System (Playbar, Sub, 4 one V1, boost über spotify, bin mit allen Geräten zufrieden, keine Probleme seit 6 Jahren. Mit allen neuen Geräten habe ich aufgrund alexa ein Problem.

Habe direkt bei sonos eine Box und 2 Standfüsse bestellt. Standfüsse sind gekommen, Box nicht. Habe bei sonos reklamiert und werde seit 1 Woche hingehalten; habe dann Bestellung storniert. Antwort: Geld wird zurückerstattet, wenn ich Box zurückschicke. Furchtbarer Service.

Well, what can I say to the confusion other than if you were wondering about the Sub Gen3 value and Sonos in general and if one should invest I can say YES! I cannot believe the audio quality that has transpired from including the Sub Gen3 to my Sonos Beam and two Sonos One surround sound speakers. The frequency freedom the Sub has given to the Beam and surround speakers is nothing short of remarkable from enhancing mid-range and higher frequencies, the lower frequencies the Sub delivers are amazing and is a system that stands alone in the market place. I am delighted both with the Sonos audio quality and technical service. IMPORTANT: I have had issues regarding speakers being dropped from the system for "no apparent reason." The frustrating "dropped speaker" problem was to do with the WiFi speed, and splitting the router into two WiFi frequencies that was easy even for me being technology incompetent and being guided by the provider, ensuring that the 5Ghz WiFi was split into two feeds giving both a 5Ghz feed and a 2.4Ghz feed for the Sonos system immediately solved the dropped speaker issue. So, if you are wondering about Sonos I can say that my experience has been consistently one of satisfaction, both from a product quality perspective and the dedicated quality of Sonos' technical support team. It is the people that make any organization, as we all do, and if we fail to deliver our respective organizations also fail. Let your ears do the talking and trust the company to do the rest.

Ik had netwerk problemen en problemen met het in de fabrieksinstellingen krijgen van twee play1 speakers. Kwam er zelf niet meer uit en klantenservice gebeld. Wel even moeten wachten tot ik geholpen werd maar daarna super goed en vriendelijk geholpen. Stap voor stap werd ik door het proces mee genomen en nu werken mijn speakers weer perfect 👍
