Update. Mittlerweilen wurde mein Anliegen Vorbildlich behandelt. Ich muß mich wohl bei der Dame vom Support ( weiß nicht ob man hier Namen veröffentlichen darf) bedanken.
Ich beziehe Gas und Strom über Sparstrom. Das Drama begann im Dezember letzten Jahres. Auf einmal wurde für den Strom kein Geld mehr abgebucht. Im Februar habe ich die erste Mail an Sparstrom geschickt. Mir wurde gesagt, es käme jemand zum Stromzähler ablesen und danach wird die Jahresendabrechnung erstellt und Strom sollte normal abgebucht werden. Im März erneut eine Mail da nicht abgebucht wurde. Es hieß ich solle mich weiter gedulden. Im April wurde erneut nicht abgebucht und ich schrieb erneut eine E-Mail. Darauf gab es 2 Wochen keine Antwort. Heute habe ich erneut Kontakt per Chat aufgenommen. Jetzt wurde mir gesagt, ich hätte bereits im Februar meinen Zählerstand mitteilen sollen. Alle zuvor getätigten Aussagen per E-Mail waren leider falsch, bestätigte die Mitarbeiterin. Dementsprechend kann ich jetzt dank Sparstrom mit einer saftigen Nachzahlungen rechnen. Aber ich könnte gerne eine Ratenzahlung vereinbaren. Gas- und Stromtarif sind natürlich soeben gekündigt worden. (Vertragsnummer: 001249781645) Reaktion auf die Antwort von Sparstrom: durch das Aussetzen der Zahlungen kommt es doch dann zu einer massiven Nachzahlung für mich, da ich seit 6 Monaten keinen Strom gezahlt habe. Sehr kundenunfreundliche Idee.
Ich verstehe nicht, warum man mit prämien gelockt wird, die man dann vollständig abbezahlt, das ist ne zinsfreier Ratenkauf, mehr nicht, dann habe ich glücklicherweise meinen letzten Brief, da stand vorne auf der Seite was von dieser Strompreisbremse, im letzten Moment dann gesehen, dass meine Kosten sich um 400€ erhöhen, dann warte ich noch auf mein Guthaben, was bereits zurück gezahlt werden sollte, das sind leider nur negative Erfahrungen die ich machen musste
Habe seit 2 Jahren mein Vertrag und seitdem kämpfe ich auch darum das endlich mein Kundenkonto einwandfrei funktioniert. Katastrophe die IT Abteilung
Unverschämt dieser Laden ... Nach 2 Jahren noch immer keine Playstation 5 und dann ne Erhöhung bekommen von 24.03cent pro kWh... also nie wieder und rate jedem von denen ab ,zahlen beinahe das doppelte wie woanders ,sparstrom ist nichts mit sparen ,Leute jeder andere ist besser wie dieser .
Prämie wurde nicht geschickt - Prämienkosten wurden - trotz schriftlicher Kündigungsbestätigung - trotzdem über 13 Monate abgebucht. Für die Rückerstattung hat es stundenlange Telefonate und ewigen Mailverkehr gebraucht. Das ist kein schlechter Service, sondern die dreisteste Abzocke.
Ich habe die Erfahrung mit der B Ware leider auch gemacht. Habe 2 Verträge abgeschlossen, beide Extras (65Zoll TV) waren scheinbar mangelhaft. Licht Schien bei beiden TVs durch den Seitenrahmen aufs Display. Dess Weiteren möchte ich davon abraten, jetzt den Günstigen GAS Tarfif abzuschließen! PREISBINDUNG NUR BIS 31.12.2022!!! Danach wird teuer

Ich hab mich für Sparstrom entschieden da ich Den iMac als Prämie dazu ausgewählt hab, für den mir knapp 500 € innerhalb von zwei Tagen abgebucht wurde allerdings hat es über drei Monate gedauert bis der iMac dann ankam nachdem ich wirklich tagelang mich mit Hotlines rumschlagen musste. Der iMac kam an und hatte Flecken und Kratzer auf dem Display ich nehme an es ist irgendeine B Ware. Als ich dann versucht habe ihn umzutauschen wurde ich nur von Hotline zum Verkäufer hin und her geschoben und bekam am Ende nur gesagt dass kein Umtausch möglich ist sondern nur eine Reparatur finde bei einem Nagel neuen iMac ein kompletten Display Austausch relativ sinnlos dann hätte ich mir den auch lieber irgendwo im Geschäft gekauft. Ich behalte ihn jetzt bin aber sehr unzufrieden mit dem kompletten Ablauf und werde auch nicht mehr bei Sparstrom bleiben.
