I bought a bag for my daughter last year, it's gorgeous, so i treated myself this year (Feb) and the piping right round the edge of the bag has peeled off, not what you would expect at £595. I emailed the pics and was asked to re-pack the bag, send it to them and they would repair it!! so I have to go to the trouble, I have to live without a bag and I get a "fixed" bag back. Astounded that this level of customer service, If i had bough this in a shop i would simply return it and be offered a refund or a new bag. I wont be buying from here again

As a vegan I love the products and ethos. They have plenty of style options for luxurious, faux leather bags. They're of such a high quality, I feel even superior to the likes of Gucci and others who's brushed hardware doesn't really dazzle in person and are made through cruel processes. The falabella's are so elegant and timeless also so I feel they are good investment pieces. I must say the shoes are a hit and miss though, especially the heels don't always fit properly. I returned one pair purchased for 695€, the leather part around the toes were super tight and the zips were too stiff to easily zip up and down. An unacceptable quality for the price! I also feel I cant give them a 5 star rating as I wish they would go completely vegan and ditch wool, cashmere and silk. That aspect bothers me as its hypocritical to drop leather and fur for ethical reasons but not the other materials (though I appreciate the effort in the right direction). I was trying to buy some suits and blouses from them but so many are made using such animals products. I feel they are really missing out on the vegan apparel market which they could easily dominate as no one else in the mainstream luxury fashion market are doing it. Another reason I docked a star is because their email system is very outdated. You can only send them two pictures max at a time. And the customer service agent forgot having read my previous email and then asked the same question again after quite some time. Its quite surprising for their systems to be so backward as when it comes to their values they are very much a progressive and forward thinking brand. I wish they would produce an app also. The website is very annoying too as when you exit out of an image it sends you back up to the top of the search bar instead of back to the place you were in, again not very modern.
