Bei uns ist alles glatt gelaufen. Schnelle Lieferung, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (hier wurde in Bewertungen die Qualität mit H&M gleichgesetzt, was ich überhaupt nicht bestätigen kann). Bezüglich Qualität, insbesondere der Schuhe, war ich positiv überrascht. Die Retoure wurde prompt erstattet, nicht Wochen später, wie hier ein paar Kunden schreiben. Hätte ich die Bewertungen vorher gelesen, hätte ich den Shop nicht ausprobiert….

I had such a great experience with this brand. I first found out about them from ordering a few of their body and scent products on asos. I had problems with delivery and when it came to a replacement there wasn’t stock - hence me ordering direct on their website. It was such a smooth transition from browsing to ordering to delivery. The products came on time and were nicely packaged. The products itself (which include perfume, hand cream, body soufflé ect all in the ‘Perle de coco’ scent) are all incredible quality and great value also. I will definitely be ordering from this company again for both replacements when I run out and to try other products on offer. Thanks.

Absolutely Super Stylish beautifully made Fishermans Sandals and Superb Service from & Other Stories. I am delighted, the soft nappa leather is so comfortable the leather insole and the cushion is super soft. I really like that they are made in Portugal too and the modern stylish design is excellent. I am a massive fan and have a few dresses that I adore and wear a lot and a gorgeous recycled black padded cropped jacket . Well worth your hard earned cash, You will be really pleased if you order these sandals. Keep up The Fantastic Work.I am already wearing them!!!!!!!!!! Bestilte mange ting over 2 gange og pakkerne kom hurtigt. De ting jeg ikke kunne passe sendte jeg tilbage og fik pengene tilbage. Det skal siges at der står at der kan gå et stykke tid før pengene bliver refunderet og det gjorde der også, men alt gik smertefrit

Besøgte Frb centret i dag og fik en god betjening af en butiksansat der hjalp os med Ordinary produkter. Ud over at de har et stort udvalg af produkter er prisen god og servicen sød og venlig. Tak 😊

Depuis plusieurs années que je commande régulièrement chez & other stories je n'ai jamais été déçue de mon expérience. C'est l'une des rares marques à proposer des tailles 32, pour cette raison ma garde robe compte bien 50% de leurs articles... Les vêtements sont pour la plupart bien coupés et de qualité. Et lorsque ce n'est pas le cas, les retours sont sans prise de tête et gratuits. Il y a régulièrement des promotions pour accéder aux articles à un prix un peu plus accessible que ceux d'origine. Je finirai avec le service client qui a été absolument génial (merci Elena) lorsque j'ai rencontré un soucis d'usure inhabituelle sur une paire de talons (semelle fendue). J'ai expliqué mon problème en illustrant avec des photos. 1 an après l'achat, ils ont récupéré la paire à leurs frais et m'ont remboursé la totalité de la somme sans aucun problème. Je n'ai que du bien à en dire.

I loved my visit to &Other Stories in Liverpool 1. This is only my second visit to this shop. The clothes are gorgeous, lovely quality. Staff at the shop so helpful without being pushy. Well laid out shop with so much choice. I will certainly be going back!!! Lovely shopping experience. Loads of outfits for special occasions or the races!!! Sometimes so much better actually visiting shops instead of online shopping.

Per Zufall diesen online-Shop entdeckt und dort einen Rock gesehen, der alle anderen Röcke in den Schatten stellt! Das Material ist schwer und besser als erwartet (Polyester), was ich normalerweise nicht trage, aber der Schnitt vom Rock ist einfach sensationell. Lieferung war schnell (Bestelldatum 09.02.23, Lieferung 15.02.23) Dass nicht an die Haustüre geliefert wird ist praktisch, denn so brauche ich nicht auf den Paketboten zu warten, sondern hole im Paket-Shop die Ware ab, wenn ich Zeit habe. Der Shop ist nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt.

Habe schon viele viele Male bei & other stories bestellt und war gerade sehr über die massenhaften kritischen Bewertungen überrascht...hatte bisher nie Probleme, immer schnelle Lieferung, meist sehr gute Qualität. Dass Pakete mittlerweile an einen DHL Shop geliefert werden, stimmt. Stört mich jedoch nicht, da direkt bei mir in der Str. einer ist und es immer dort abgegeben wird
