The customer service assistant Ruby was very understanding and helpful even when I was frustrated in the beginning. She was well informed and explained the situation to me in detail and offered me a satisfactory resolution. She was very polite throughout and responded very swiftly to all emails which I sent to her. I was very pleased and impressed with the level of care, attentiveness and professionalism received. I received a promotional email to try the tastecard and I thought I might as well. I wanted to go to the cinema and have a membership account. The savings I got through tastecard were far better than my own membership savings, therefore I can definitely see the benefits to it. I saved a lot more money on my excursion and I'll definitely continue to use my tastecard. I highly recommend, as I compared and definitely found this more beneficial.
