AA Loans – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I got my Land Rover badly stuck in very deep mud after a dog walk! AA Engineer Adrian Gough was incredibly helpful, upbeat, friendly, with a nothing is a problem approach and got me out! And never called me an idiot for getting stuck, which I clearly was! Fantastic service, thank you.

Really hard getting through as the phone menu wouldn't respond to my choices. Had to use app - in a rural location where even AA struggled to get a signal to use diagnostic tools. Once I finally got a response EXCELLENT service. Waited 90mins and regular updates given. Nicholas was really kind and supportive. Explained everything clearly as I was quite stressed by then! Lovely to have a proper AA van and specialist- thank you for not contracting out. This brilliant support is why I've been a member since 1990.

Had an excellent experience with Lee 78477, caring, helpful, knowledgeable. Followed my son to local garage, he knew what the problem was even though garage charged £70 for a diagnostic plug in to tell us the same. Could not have been better in any way. We have the AA via my Admiral car insurance which was also amazing in the way our breakdown was handled.

Well what can I say the AA came to our rescue and Ben the AA patrol man was an absolute star ,he was kind ,reassuring and professional.Ben managed to get us back on the road as well as following us for a short while just to make sure we were ok and confident with being able to continue our journey safely back home. Once again thank you Ben you are a credit to the company you work for .

Great service! Help arrived within about an hour. Aaron was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately the car couldn’t be fixed at the roadside. He towed us to our local garage, and made sure we had everything sorted, before leaving us. Excellent service.
